Deer Creek Golf Course, retail shops, and convenient dining options are within a mile of the home, and ChampionsGate is just six miles up the road. All the Disney parks are within a 13-mile radius.

At home, contemporary comfort abounds with features including a well-appointed full kitchen, central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer. A streaming-enabled smart TV and board games offer plenty of family fun. The screened pool deck is furnished for outdoor dining.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
