"The property is admittedly under rennovation. The breakfast buffet was open at 6 but not fully set uo. By 7 it was better. When i asked for simple things like refill of empty pans, butter, syrup, jam, coffee, egg station...just shoulder shrugs from most of the staff.seems key people di not show up on time perhaps"

"Friendly and the cleanest hotel so far in Davao. This includes Dusit Thani where we stayed for a few days. The rooms smelled great with no hint of mold. The only down side is the breakfast (no variety) . Food with room service was prompt but was only luke warm during arrival. Will stay here again. "
