Picture Perfect is a house completed in December 2019, furnished for the enjoyment for families and dog alike. Step out of the back door and enjoy the beautiful views of the beach across the street. Then relax in the new eight-person hot tub and cook up dinner on the private gas grill!

Beach access is directly across the street, so don't forget your beach chairs and sand toys! When you aren't enjoying the beach or hot tub, take a short drive into town where you can enjoy delicious dining options such as Reel Deal BBQ, Islanders, and Beached Cafe (all within three miles of the house). Don't forget to take a day to explore the Audubon Bird Sanctuary five miles across the island. This 164-acre sanctuary has miles of walking trails through beautiful woodlands, swampland, and gulf beaches.

Highly recommend!
Our family loved our Picture Perfect Dauphin Island get away (kids, parents, and grandparents). The property was wonderful, I'd say even better than the online pictures. Beach access was right across the street. The hot tub was a huge perk, especially in the cooler evenings. I would suggest stocking up on some food prior to arrival if able. There are a few convenience stores on the island, but groceries are somewhat limited for a group. We most enjoyed grilling and cooking at the house, but did venture out a couple nights for take out pizza and dinner (make reservations for sit down restaurants). Overall we had an amazing time and would highly recommend booking this property!

We enjoyed our stay at Picture Perfect. All rooms are very large, decorated nice & very clean. Beach access is right across the street. Loved sitting on the deck listening to the waves. Would definitively return.

Girl’s trip
Sisters, daughters and nieces from Florida and Wisconsin enjoyed our 3rd annual weekend getaway together! This rental had a great view of the ocean on both sides. We enjoyed the rental and everything the island had to offer.

It really was picture perfect!
From the first we walked into the home we were impressed with the layout, beauty, cleanliness, and view of the beach and surf. The big table was perfect for our family of 10. The two couches very comfy. The porch was amazing as was the hot tub. Awesome to have outside water hoses to wash off everything. We used the washer and dryer which was also nice to have available. The only issue we had was with the outdoor grill but it was remedied very quickly. We liked being just a few steps from the beach and not on the beach itself as it felt more private. Highly recommend!

Our stay at Dauphin Island.
The house was very nice and when the hot tub went into sleep mode, it was fixed within 24 hours. One of the couples found sand in their dresser. Another couple said there was mold starting to grow in their bathroom. And in the bunk bed room the shower head was pulled. Out like someone had hung on it. Also we would suggest maybe more toilet paper. Thank you!

We will definitely be back!
This was a great vacation before my husband and I welcome on first child in a few weeks! My parents and in-laws also joined and everyone had a great time. The house was beautiful and so close to the beach. We loved that a wagon was provided to make taking our things to the beach even easier. The only thing I wish the house had was some throw blankets to snuggle with on the couch. I would also like to say thank you for the prompt help and responses to our inquiries on the condition of the house and roads after Hurricane Ida! We will definitely be using Vacasa again for our future family trips!

House was beautiful. Beach was too even with the cold snap. We saw dolphins, crabs, birds of all kinds. The Audubon trail was really beautiful too. Skinners seafood was excellent and the little boutique shops had some beautiful souvenirs. The island was very quiet and not overpopulated at all. Perfect for relaxation during the pandemic.

Vacation Dauphin Island!
Our vacation was wonderful despite hurricane Sally coming thru weeks before. They worked hard getting the place ready so we could still go. There was a lot of road work moving sand but that’s part of island life and reality like hurricanes. The house worked wonderful for ourselves and our guests. Very roomy and we’ll appointed. Property management was on top of everything we needed. Thank you!

We had a great time! Great house, plenty of room and good location! Only thing I could say to complain is the hot tub wasn’t working and it was hard to get a hold of maintenance but I wouldn’t hold that against the owners.

Easy, Comfortable, and Fun Experience at Picture Perfect
A large group of adults stayed at Picture Perfect for my birthday celebration. The location was ideal! We were only a couple of yards away from the beach, so getting our items to and from the beach was a breeze. Picture Perfect is very spacious. With 10 adults, we had more than enough room to spread out and enjoy some privacy when needed. The hot tub had a nice view of the beach. This ended up being one of our favorite parts about the house. The front porch as well was a great spot to hang out to catch some incredible sunsets. Some things to consider before reserving this location is that the WiFi was out for our whole trip. This didn't bother us much due to the fact that we were spending most of our time at the beach. Families with children though may want to check with the owner on the status of this before arriving. The washer and dryer were broken during out stay as well. Make sure that you bring condiments, cleaning supplies (dish soap, paper towels, etc.), and miscellaneous items such as coffee filters as these items are not provided upon arrival. All in all, this was a fantastic experience and we would all definitely stay there again!

Beautiful home! Beautifully decorated! All you need for cooking meals and making drinks at home. Across the street from the public beach access. Beach is still so close you have a unobstructed view and can hear the waves. Hot tub, cute lights around the porch, hammock, we stayed on the porch as much as the inside! Plenty of room for our four families! We will be back soon!
