Great family getaway
This place is great for family. The pool being right outside our patio along with a boardwalk to the beach made this a great location. Restaurants and shops right across the street. We will definitely be back. Thinking about making this our family time every year.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. Check in and check out was a breeze. The easy access to the pool area was a huge plus. This property will be our first choice for another visit.

The place was amazing. There was great communication with staff. There is no cell service in the rental. That was ok because we wanted to forget the world. There was a few things that happened that I did not call in about though. The place was not clean. It wasn't horrible by no means but whoever they have cleaning does not do their job or either I am just picky. We went to clean up before leaving which I didn't agree with all the cleaning rules since I paid and ungodly about for a "cleaning fee". I am a little ocd anyway and wouldn't leave anywhere dirty. Back to the point. There was a bowl of cereal with milk and a spoon that was left under one of the twin beds, blood on the towels and shower curtains, food and garbage stuck down beside the other twin bed, and the rug in the living room has never been removed and cleaned under the coffee table. Well it has been now because I cleaned it. Its not the properties fault I don't guess and we will return. Overall it was great and we had a blast. I would have cleaned again even if it would have been spotless. Thank you all for a great get away.

this was our first trip to the island and we all had an amazing time. Very convenient for our group of 11. Pool was right outside our back door and a short walk down the boardwalk to the beach! We will be back!

Family Vacation at the Beach
We spent 5 days on Dauphin Island. The condo was perfect. Loved the first floor balcony and gate access to the courtyard and pool. Condo was spacious and comfortable for family of 9. Loved having a washer and dryer in the unit. Some aspect were dated but we didn’t mind. Condo provided dish TV and Netflix access, boys enjoyed watching movies at night. We will definitely be back!! Highly recommend this condo.

We couldn’t have asked for a better spot for a family vacation. The extra room was perfect for the kids to play. Access to the beach and pool was very easy. Bring a cart for the boardwalk to the beach! We will definitely come back. Recommended 100%

Fantastic
We absolutely loved this place!! The staff was amazing and couldn't ask for a better location. This is the most top notch properties I have ever stayed at and we will definitely stay here again. Tim, the property manager, is the nicest guy you will ever meet and he had a great staff working for him. I would give 10 stars if I could.

Great location
Condo 101-A, Tub: A nasty, black, buildup residue nearly covered the entire surface of the Jacuzzi jets and the nasty, black, buildup was on the Jacuzzi's intake screen and jets volume knob. Very obvious that it has not been cleaned in many months. So nasty that NO ONE could take a bath in the tub. Coffee pot: The coffee pot was junk. The water reservoir on the coffee pot was rusting out and rust was falling onto kitchen counter. Due to the rusting water reservior, water leaked onto counter when making coffee. Coffee was really slow when making and was not drip free. Refrigerator: The refrigerators ice maker barely made ice and certainly not enough for 3 people. Had to bring in bags of ice. Dishes: There was only one bowl with a lid. A kitchen should have more than one bowl with a lid, because there's going to be leftovers. Even cheap bowls is better than NO Bowls. Iron: The iron was broken and black residue on bottom plate. Dryer: The dryer was not drying properly and took two cycles for a load of clothes. Condo 101-B, TV: The screen on the living room TV is green and lines were across the bottom of the screen. Tub: Nasty black residue was on the seam where the tub meets the shower walls. Refrigerator: A note on the refrigerator door said to push the door shut after use. If you don't push the door shut, the door stays cracked open. Water leaks out from underneath the refrigerator into the floor, so we had to keep a towel in front of the refrigerator to keep water soaked up. The good points on the condo is it has easy access to the beach and the pool area. It's very roomy, it was very comfortable and the outside patio is great.
