Directly on the beaches of the Gulf of Mexico, this beautiful home offers terrific views of the water. Every bedroom has it's own attached bathroom, perfect to accommodate a family with growing kids! Outside, the huge, partially covered deck is the perfect place for listening to the waves crash in. The deck on the front of the house also has furniture and offers views of the bay and the gorgeous sunsets. Underneath the house is plenty of parking, a gas grill, and an outdoor shower.

What's nearby:
Just walk out the back door and enjoy the beach! For guests looking for a day trip, Historic Fort Gaines is just five and a half miles away. Come during September for the annual Massacre Island pirate event! Quality restaurants can be found all over the island, including local favorites Miguel's Beach'n Baja and the Lighthouse Bakery (both within three-and-a-half miles of this home).

Comfortable home in a great location.
The house is lovely, with great beach access. Bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious and comfortable. Very tastefully decorated. The only things folks should know is that the communal living space is fairly small, and watching TV in the living room a bit awkward and uncomfortable; and the deck overhang is not deep and does not provide complete shade if that is a priority.

Great stay on Dauphin!
Wonderful house, right on the beach! Close to shops and restaurants, and breathtaking sunsets. The house has everything we needed and was well taken care of. Bathrooms were clean and beds were comfy.

Awesome Property
We've stayed at several different properties on Dauphin Island and this was by far the best maintained and it was extremely clean. The living room was a little small especially for larger families but it is manageable. I would definitely stay here again.

Great property!
We really enjoyed our stay! This place has a great layout- each bedroom has its own bathroom, and there is an additional half bath. It's right on the beach, so the views are incredible! Updated kitchen and bathrooms. We can't wait to come back!

The beach house was very nice and Vacasa was very responsive when the weather changed abruptly and we needed a technician to come and check the furnace. Lovely decor, and even better views!

Wonderful view
Clean, updated and wonderful view of gulf. Sights and sounds of the waves were mesmerizing. Large partially covered deck was great. Internet was spotty, not a problem for us. It was hard to view the TV from the couch. Definitely would stay again.

Beach Beauty
This home was so lovely and was so immaculately clean! Everything was perfect for a relaxing, beautiful beach getaway! The beach is literally right outside your door and how wonderful to hear the fabulous waves! The kitchen had everything needed for wonderful meals and how wonderful it was to sit outside on the balcony to eat our meals and look at the beautiful ocean! There is no other house in front or behind this beautiful home and that is absolutely fabulous for the views and the privacy!

Lovely House
This house has wonderful beach access, is well equipped, and in a great location. The bedrooms and bathrooms are very nice, and the outdoor shower a convenient addition. If there is any drawback it is the small shared living space which is not at all comfortable for watching TV. All bedrooms do have tv, however. I've stayed here for two consecutive years and will probably go back.

The house and location were amazing. Just enough space and plenty of kitchen items. The only negative is that there is no place to hang towels in the bathrooms. The management company should have left enough soap, trashbags, etc. for the long stay.

Nice and Relaxing
First time utilizing the VRBO/Vacasa system. Check in and check out went well with no problems. Nice, relaxing location. Close to the water to hear the waves crashing despite weather not always cooperating. Home was cute and laid out efficiently. Kitchen was stocked with most necessary items to keep cooks happy. Grill was old & out of propane but with a quick call, the tank was replaced almost immediately. We enjoyed our stay and will return.

It was a nice property. Bad water pressure in 2 out of 3 bathrooms. Otherwise property is as advertised and I would stay again. All the cameras are a bit much. You almost feel like your privacy is neglected.

First property we expect to book again
We’ve rented many homes all over the country and this is the first one we plan to stay in again. The location was great and the house was just what we needed. The trip wasn’t without issues, but none were show-stoppers: We wished the neighboring house didn’t have flood lights that shined on us all night on the deck facing the ocean and ruined seeing the stars. The internet never worked and the dishwasher had an error code and didn’t work the whole week.

Beautiful but not worth the troubles or cost! Dont stay here!
This was a beautiful home but not for the cost we paid to have so many issues. No HOT water, NO HEAT! no water pressure and dish washer broken! I shouldn’t have to boil water so I can hand wash dishes when I paid for working amenities! And when communicating with VACASA they were not helpful. The property manager said he was getting keys and never came back or called. I really think I need to be refund some of my funds!

Wonderful
Wonderful stay with in-laws. Right on the beach and the view can’t be beat. Each room has an en-suite and a toilet by the front door. Neighbors have no concept of personal space, though. Will use your beach space if they want and let their dogs poop and not pick it up. Being so close to neighbors is the only negative. There was no heat so we had to buy a heater to warm our in-laws. They have pretty much everything you need minus a few paper goods and cleaning supplies. The water pressure is awful! Don’t expect any kind of pressure-you’ve been warned lol. But the view makes up for it ! You’ll see dolphins and OMG there was FOX that came up to us and seemed so tame. I’ve never petted a fox so it was a dream come true. I do recommend this rental!

NICE HOUSE BUT…
WE LOVED THE LOCATION. WE STAY AT DAUPHIN ISLAND EVERY YEAR. THIS HOUSE WAS NICE BUT WE DID HAVE A FEW ISSUES. THERE ARE CAMERAS EVERYWHERE SO FOR THIS REASON WE WON’T STAY HERE AGAIN. FELT LIKE WE WERE BEING WATCHED THE ENTIRE TIME. THE HOUSE BESIDE US HAD BURNT EARLIER IN THE YEAR SO OUR SAND WAS BLACK. BUGS IN ONE OF THE BEDROOMS AND THE KITCHEN. LACK OF HOT WATER IN THE SHOWERS. THE BEDS WERE SO HARD IT WAS HARD TO SLEEP AND PILLOWS WERE LIKE SLEEPING ON COTTON BALLS SO WE BOUGHT OUR OWN.
