Staff smoke out the front door and they look like poor guests and don't stop smoking to serve customers. The complimentary breakfast is not very good, its bad cereal and waffles. The employees here have no customer manners at all, i ran across a few situations where they don't wait for guests to pass and force them to wait.

Hotel is somewhat dated but because of that it’s very reasonably priced. Very clean and I liked that I could pop down to the breakfast room for a tea at any time. The staff were amazing - they were so helpful and went above and beyond.

Bakery didn’t come in time for breakfast. Other wise breakfast bar was ahh ok. No plastic bag in ice bucket Will not use a bucket with no plastic bag .No plastic glasses in room to have a refreshment.
