The hotel is not finished yet. They are still working on things and building things. They have a shortage of staff, room was not cleaned every day - we are on the beach. However the people are friendly and helpfully despite lack of English. All our requests were met when asked for.

Leider wurden wir bei unserem Aufenthalt zutiefst enttäuscht. Ich hatte ein Zimmer mit Meerblick gebucht aber wir bekamen ein Zimmer, dass ein kleines Fenster zum Garten hatte. Als ich, dass dann der Rezeption mitteilte wurde mir gesagt, sie haben gar kein Zimmer mit Meerblick. Das wäre für mich auch kein Problem, wenn das auf der Seite auch so vermittelt werden würde. Als der Manager dann kam, meinte er, dass Meer sei doch eh nichts besonderes. Sie sehen das jeden Tag hier. Ich hatte bisher noch nie einen schlechten Aufenthalt, da ich meine Anliegen oft lösen kann, da der Service und die Kundenzufriedenheit in den meisten Hotels eine wichtige Rolle spielt. Wir wurden dann ein Tag später im Hotel in ein Zimmer verlegt, dass dann einen Meerblick hatte. Jedoch kam an keinem einzigen Tag der Roomservice. Wenn man von Anfang an mit richtigem Ton und mit der richtigen Wortauswahl umgegangen wäre, hätte unser Aufenthalt auch anders ablaufen können. Der Ort ist an sich sehr schön, jedoch fehlt dem Hotel noch viel am professionellem Service. Ich empfehle, dass Hotel an so einem schönen Ort wie Datça keinesfalls. Bucht lieber in einem Hotel, welches die Gäste schätzt.

Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel sehr genossen, vor allem aufgrund der ruhigen und idyllischen Anlage. Die entspannte Atmosphäre lädt zum Verweilen ein, und das Personal, insbesondere im Restaurantbereich, war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind allerdings renovierungsbedürftig, ebenso wie das Badezimmer, das dringend eine Auffrischung nötig hätte. Trotzdem wurde das Zimmer sauber geputzt, was ich sehr geschätzt habe. Der Pool- und Strandbereich hat leider in Bezug auf die Sauberkeit nachgelassen. Müll vom Vorabend war noch vorhanden, und der Strand hätte besser gepflegt sein können. Zudem fehlte der Service am Strand, was das Erlebnis dort etwas getrübt hat. Insgesamt ein angenehmer Aufenthalt, der mit einigen Verbesserungen noch besser sein könnte.

Havuzu temiz, plaji yeterli lakin dalgalı ve rüzgarlı, kaldigimiz standart oda neredeyse hareket alani kalmayacak şekilde dardı, kahvaltısı iyiydi fakat sıcakta iki ürün var ve 5 gün boyunca aynilariydi, patates kizartmasi meyve suyu vs extra olması olumsuz, genel olarak otel temizdi. Odalarda hic bir havlu aşacaği olmamasi el havlusu dahil zorluk oluşturmakta. 3 kişilik cekirdek ailemizle genel olarak huzurlu bir tatil geçirdik.

Güzel yeni otel
15 senedir her sene Datça’da tatil yaparız yani nerde ne var az çok bilirim. İlk kez bu bölgede otelde kaldık, bizim için arkadaşlarımızın yazlık evine yakın oldugu için mükemmle konumdaydı. Normalde her akşam Datça’ya gidecek olsak lokasyon uygun olmazdı, o nedenle amacı her akşam Datça’da yemek yemek olanlara önermem. Ama fiyat performans oteliydi diyebilirim. Her şey yeni, görüntü merkezdeki çoğu otelden daha şık. Odamız küçük ama yeterliydi. Kahvaltı da harika değil ama yine yeterliydi. Marmaris yönünden otele gelirken ana yoldan otel sokağına giriş özellikle gece çok tehlikeli, o dönüşe bir çözüm bulunmalı.

Otelin konumu, bahçe dizaynı, sakinliği, denize mesafesi, denizin kum oluşu, kendi plajı olması çok çok güzel. Tüm çalışanlar gayet ilgili ve güleryüzlüydü. Sabah kahvaltısı yeterli denebilir, sıcak ürünlerin en azından 2 günde bir değişmesi gerekirdi. Restaurant kısmı ve menü çeşitliliği iyi ancak çocuklar için uygun olabilecek yalnızca sade makarna var, basit çocuk menüleri de olabilirdi. Temizlik maalesef kötüydü, odaya ilk girişimizde oda temiz görünse de banyoda saçlar vardı. 2. Gün temizlik rica ettiğimizde yalnızca oda süpürülmüş silme işlemi yapılmamıştı. Otel içindeki merdivenler, asansör, koridorlar da temiz değildi. Biz ortamı sevdiğimiz için eksikleri görmezden gelerek güzel bir tatil geçirdik, eksiklerin gözden geçirilmesi durumunda her yıl kalınabilecek hoş bir yer.

Temiz, rahat, konforlu, güler yüzlü
Denize sıfır olması, odanın temizliği, güler yüzlü hizmet ve konforlu bir ortam olması tatilimizi daha da güzelleştirdi. Tek eksik olan şey isminde surf yazmasına rağmen otelde surf malzemesi kiralayabileceğimiz bir alan yoktu. Umarım en yakın zamanda bu tamamlanır. Her şey için teşekkürler :)
