"Nice and clean hotel room, bit noisy being city centre, windows are old and felt but dodgy, great central location and close to the shops, felt very safe with security on the door at night checking everyone was supposed to be there. Friendly staff who were very helpful."

Everyone was friendly and helpful. We couldn’t figure out how to do something on our rental car, so my husband went into a chips shop and asked a young man if he could help us. He came out, got thing sorted for us, didn’t make us feel dumb!

Received a parking ticket while at the Blackburn doing genealogical research. We had maxed the meter out prior to leaving the parking space but were only allowed an hour. So be aware.
