"We enjoyed our stay here, however we had a few issues with this property. The location was amazing, a quick drive to all areas of Halifax. The place was cute but a bit shabby. The photos don’t accurately depict the apartment. The kitchen is quite old and they don’t show the oven which looks to be at least 30 years old. And that’s not the worst part, though the apt is swept cleaned, the furnishings are dirty with a lot of food stains in the sofa and rugs. We had to wear socks to avoid getting black feet. "The building seemed a bit run down on first impression. It was also somewhat difficult to find as the address was number 30 but the house had different numbers at the front. However once we figured it out, the parking was great and the apartment was very nice. We found several places to eat within an easy walk. The host was very responsive. Our only suggestion is the couch in the living room is not very comfortable and sags when you sit down. "
