"Hospitality is excellent and location is perfect. Management is very responsive and staff hospitable. However there is a disconnect on the online booking regarding already paid breakfast option which doesn’t reflect on the hotel account which can be an irritant. Also the food could be improved upon. Otherwise excluding online booking confusion and a little improvement in the food this place deserves a 5 star. "

"In this high dry & hot weather, I was allotted a room without AC at the top 4th floor, where the ceiling fan was blowing hot air through out the night. Horrible sleep less night experience for ever."

"Room was large and comfortable. Only drawback was the number of flights of stairs necessary to get to it. Hotel was very convenient to get to the Mall and it was on a road that transport could drive up to the front door which is often not the case with other hotels in Darjeeling."

"Overall good. However, it could have been better if following things were looked at the owner. 1. Room door does not shut automatically 2. Bathroom door does not shut 3. Space in the room where the safe deposit box is situated needs attention. The door of this space does not shut and therefore, light does not switch off, not good especially when one tries to sleep at night. 4.
