"Beware of this listing! When we booked no where did it say that you must bring your own bedding and towels. We were supposedly informed if this in a message hidden in the VRBO app 5 days before our check in and long after we had flown half way around the world. When we arrived we were told we would have to send the property manager 100 Euros via PayPal and they would bring us bedding and towels but not until the next day leaving us to sleep on nothing the first night. "There are many "positives" about this apartment. The price is excellent. The location in a residential neighborhood is a short walk from the train and the old town and there are multiple grocery stores nearby. Though small, the apartment is carefully laid out so that we were comfortable and never felt cramped or crowded. Everything was clean and well-maintained. "The apartment had a nice view over the Trave with a lovely garden. In principle, everything is present in the apartment, appliances such as dishwasher and washing machine are nice to haves but not missed for a short stay. As a holiday let, the apartment is a nice and lovely place to stay with good access to Lubeck town center but also close to the motorway without the hassle and bustle of the city. Secondly, the majority of the supermarkets are even within walking distance."
