"The condo is located in the Bear Valley village, 2 miles away from the ski park. The condo is small but cozy. The bedrooms are upstairs and the beds comfortable. Kitchen is tiny but has a fridge, oven, stove, microwave and dishwasher. The heaters worked well though there is no central thermostat. There are 2 short flight of stairs to get to the unit. Narrow stairs connecting upstairs and downstairs. The living room/dining room area is dated. Very quiet. We stayed there during a winter storm....

"We arrived about 4 o’clock. It was freezing inside, and we immediately turned on the heaters, but it took about 3-4 hours before it was comfortable. I had to put on wool socks and keep my clothes on while getting under a down comforter. The coffee pot was dirty and definitely needed to be updated . "Three of us were looking for a place that was an easy walking distance to the xc trails and we were booking a bit last minute. This condo fit our needs. It has an efficient layout, plenty of extra blankets, and the kitchen has everything needed for cooking. We enjoyed our stay."
