"We were moving my 89 year old mother out of Russellville and Nehal at the front desk was so helpful and friendly. She really went out if her way to help take care if our needs. Ordered food to go from the restaurant and it was very good and we were able to pick it up within 15 mins of ordering. Breakfast was good with a very good selection in a very clean breakfast room. I will stay again any time I am in Russellville. Great property and the room was very clean, quiet with very comfortable beds. Highly recommend!"

"This is our 2nd year to stay here for spring break. We went to 3 separate state parks, the national forrest, and the Little Rock Zoo...not to mention the afternoons just hanging at the cabin with the zipline and the swing and kayaking around the lake. The house is clean and comfy and Jason makes the whole process so easy! "

"What a perfect place!! Everything was wonderful. The home had everything we needed. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and having a gas fire pit to cozy up to. We had plenty of room to move about and not feel crowded when we had guest over for our nightly dinners. We loved the convenience of the home being right in the State park. We were able to park the vehicles and walk every where we needed to go! We would definitely stay here again. BOOK IT YOU WON'T BE DISSAPOINTED Brett & Kimberly were great host!! "

"Our family and a friend with her daughter spent 3 nights in March for spring break. There was plenty of room and the kids (17, 16, 14, 14 & 8) enjoyed fishing from the dock and the fire pit. We were able to park our jet ski on the covered dock, which was a big plus. The put in is at the Delaware Public Area directly across from the house. There were very few boats on the lake which was nice and the surrounding area was nice and quiet, especially at night. There is very little light pollution so on a clear night you can see a ton of stars.Tom was great to deal with and even brought us a screw driver when we needed one.Would definitely consider staying again"

"Shower was hard to figure out how overhead turned on. Big crack in shower wall. Check in person was not very friendly. Strange unpleasant odor on the 2nd floor."
