"Neighbourhood is the most filthy part of Dar es Salaam. Serious health concerns due to uncleanliness of both property and furniture inside. Owners moved me to a different property which also had issues of water. The showering water was coming out at a pace that it would take you 40 minutes to fill up a 20 litre bucket.
