"The staff does not speak English at all. Make sure you have a translator on your phone. The internet speed is unacceptable (unusable). Also, you have to have a local cell phone number in order to log in on the internet. This is crazy for international guests staying at the hotel. The breakfast fair to poor. Very limited selection for Western choices and all the hot food was cold."

"最新とは言えない、やや古びた感はあるが、設備は十分。水道水は若干の鉄錆色。中国でも英語は義務教育にあるはずなのに、簡単な英語で呼びかけでも、無視して目も合わせないスタッフがいる一方、翻訳アプリを駆使してなんとかしてくれるスタッフもいました。少ないですが、英語可能なスタッフもいます。部屋の隅に、前の利用者が食べてさくらんぼの種が落ちてたり、風呂場の排水口に髪の毛が絡まってるのは、なんとかしてほしいところ。"
