"Ms front deck manager Christine Zheng, and all hotel staff included front deck staff, housekeeping, driver, night manager and restaurant team are very friendly, helpful and patient. All smiles and well greets Excellent to Holiday Inn and well done to your hotel team. One area of improvement for Expedia booking APP, information misleads and indicated the hotel located near Beijing Road Pedestrian Street (walking distance from hotel)….in actual fact it’s very far away @50 minutes from hotel….resulted need to traveling in and out via local taxi which cost @¥230 per trip (included ¥19 toll fee) or 2 ways ¥500 daily……Screenshot shared with Ms Christine Zheng. "This hotel is very close to the Baiyun airport 5 to 7 minutes by shuttle, I arrived late on the day of the check in and yet i was able to be picked up by a shuttle van from the hotel, there was a younger gentleman at the check in counter and he was very helpful with my needs, if you staying in Guangzhou for a day then i would recommend this place, free airport shuttle to and from the hotel was very convenient for me, not having to flag a taxi down and haggle with the taxi fare and the stress it causes along with it, this place cost me $48 in CAD, i would definitely stay here again. Thank you to the shuttle driver and the check in counter gentleman. Xie xie"
