"Lovely villa with an exceptional view. The villa was clean and was reasonably well equipped. Kotor itself is overrun with traffic and with cruise ship passengers. After our initial foray into town, we stayed closer to our the villa, which is a little bit north of the downtown area and is in a much quieter area"

"The property, owner, views were all great. The only reason I’m giving it a 4 stars and not 5 is that we didn’t get the house in the VRBO listing. We were told the renters extended their stay so we had to occupy the house at the back. Be aware that this could also happen to you. The owner is a nice guy but he shouldn’t allow this to happen. You can’t show one house but rent another!"

"House is is great location on the Bay of Kotor with just a road between house and the sea. The house has three good size bedrooms and a kitchen/ small living room with an outside terrace at the back with access to the shared waterfront dock with Budo's restaurant on the ground floor (only does private meals - not open to public). The house has been done up beautifully and was clean and tidy with lovely sheets and towels. Budo was extremely helpful, friendly and easy to deal with and answered...

"Do not book!!! When messaged for directions, host told us property was closed, even though full paid ($3000) No assistance from VRBO. Host responded with Ha Ha have your money now. Still no assistance from VRBO. Had to find different accommodations and received no refund. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable."
