"We stayed at the Violet Blossom for 7 nights. Very good location near the pool, appartement had large terrace with everything needed. The furniture is a bit dated and I would rate the kitchen equipment as fair. The property is very nice, you can snorkel directly from the beach and see lots of under water wild life. "Worst property I've ever stayed at. Filthy soiled matress. A/c just acted as fan. Cooker not working. Mice droppings. Daipers used as mats and table cloths. Nylon sheets. Terrible acces road. Arrived late at night - left next day - booked into another hotel. Complained to owner and got reply offering refund. Owner now denies recieving complaint, refusing refund. Don't stay here."

"I have sent these messages including pictures as proof: You definitely need to improve the cleaning of the apartment including the bed sheets. The rooms like it has not been cleaned in years! "I like that the property was easy to locate and it's central in downtown area. The location is great with a nice view depending what you booked. Because i book a panoramic penthouse and it was great option for the money. Only thing is that they need to provide daily shower towels. But the pool is clean and located at the back and it's nice a quiet for relaxing. If you have a car it is safe to park at the Ritz and no extra fees for parking. Security service or guards are on top of there job....
