In Branville, we offer you this charming 45 m² single-storey house for rent, located in a holiday village with shared swimming pools and jacuzzis, which can accommodate up to 7 travelers. It comprises an 18 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a 210 m² garden. Bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- 18 m² living room with sofa bed (sleeps 2), TV and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen including oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200) and TV
- Bedroom 2: a bunk bed with a double bed (140x190) and a single bed (90x190)
- Bathroom with bath, WC and washing machine

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer.

- Shared heated indoor and outdoor swimming pools all year round
- Shared Jacuzzis available all year round
- Attractive 210 m² unfenced garden
- A 15 m² terrace with table, chairs and two loungers to enjoy the sunny days.

The house is ideally located in Branville, in a holiday village. Nearby, you'll find all the essential shops, including a mini-market in the village and a bread and pastry shop, Super U in Dozulé, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market...

Maison Jade "Lovely area of Normandy with lots of things to do in the region if you have a car. The holiday village is great for kids activities and sports plus a small shop and restaurant. The village is rather isolated on top of a hill - would have been good to have some footpaths/walking off road out of the village (for dog walks) but nothing available. Most of the villas are part of a french chain which would be worth investigating. The villa itself was clean and well presented but rather tired. We had a few issues (broken storage, TVs not working, no bottle opener(!) and hot water electrics tripped) - didn't seem new news to the agent and caused unnecessary stress."

Je déconseille fortement cet hébergement pour de multiples raisons : 1/ aucun dédommagement alors que l’antenne était en panne que nous n’avons pas eu la Tv durant une semaine 2/ le rapport qualité prix ne correspond absolument pas au prestations du logement et ce à plusieurs titre (literie horrible vieillissante avec affaissement du matelas photos prises dans la chambre num 2, toiles d’araignées partout, poussières , draps et housse de couettes très vieilles et boulochés, les coussins en quantité mais fins comme des crêpes ) résultats courbatures durant tout le séjour 3/ appartement avec des prestations de moindres qualités pour le prix paye 4/ aucuns livrets d’accueil ou informations sur le logement vous êtes livrés à vous mêmes il faut toujours envoyer un sms au propriétaire pour la moindre question Je ne recommande absolument pas cet hébergement

Maison Jade Joli endroit, le parc est top. Rien à dire sur les piscines, sauna, hammam, terrain de jeu et sport. Néanmoins, le logement où nous avons passé notre week-end est sale. Il n’est pas fait pour 7 personnes. Il manque des draps pour le soit disant septième couchage qui n'est pas un canapé convertible comme écrit dans l'annonce mais seulement un canapé en L, et sans draps/couhettes en plus. Je ne vous explique pas la galère lorsqu'on mesure plus d'1m60. De plus, j'adore les animaux mais il y a des poils de chat ou chien partout, même sur les serviettes de bain. Il est évidement que le ménage n’a pas été fait avant notre arrivée.
