The house is ideally located in an idyllic and quiet setting in the Pierre et Vacances Normand Garden villa, which will be an ideal pied-à-terre for our vacations in the region. You'll have access to all the local shops.

Le Vallon "La maison était très, bien et assez spacieuse pour 6 personnes. Les équipements mis à disposition était très bien et nous avons grandement apprécié la terrasse ainsi que l'accès aux piscines du village. L'avantage est que la maison est proche des complexes jeu d'enfants et piscine, tout ce fait à pied. Les moins bons... La maison était sale à notre arrivé et clairement le ménage n'a pas été fait. Poussières au sol, poils sur les draps, évacuation baignoire bouchée, table de chevet collante... l'hôte a été très réactive mais pour un week-end de 4 jours, devoir contraindre son planning pour accueillir un technicien n'est pas top. D'ailleurs le technicien n'est passé que le lendemain donc nous avons dû nous débrouiller pour les draps sales. Enfin, nous avons brûler le câble de la bouilloire car la plaque induction était encore chaude, nous l'avons remplacés une bouilloire neuve de même capacité. Au final je recommande, mais malheureusement sous réserve d'un ménage fait et impeccab"

Le Vallon "Nous avons passé un bon week-end au sein de ce logement. Nous étions 2 couples avec 4 enfants en tout et la maison est bien conçue pour accueillir tout le monde. Les deux salles de bains sont un plus. L’emplacement au sein de Pierre et vacances est idéal avec la piscine intérieure à disposition ainsi que l’immense aire de jeux intérieure pour les enfants, de quoi les occuper en cas de pluie, un vrai plus ! L’agence est réactive ainsi que la personne responsable de l’arrivée. Bonne communication, nous reviendrons sans doute pour un autre week-end."

Le Vallon "Notre séjour dans cette maison s’est bien passé. Nous étions 7 adultes et deux enfants en bas âge, il y avait tout ce qu’il fallait. Nous avons pu profiter des infrastructures de Pierre & Vacances, à savoir la piscine, le court de tennis ou encore le parc de jeux pour enfants. C’était très agréable comme séjour. Petit point négatif : le logement sentait très bon à notre arrivée cependant l’une des salles de bain n’était pas très propre (poils,cheveux). Ainsi que les équipements de la cuisine à savoir le four et le barbecue. Nous avons cependant passé un agréable séjour. Je recommande !"

Lelogement est très bien situé avec un parking juste à côté. En revanche,nous rejoignons l'avis d'autres locataires concernant le ménage. Nous espérions mieux tout de même. Beaucoup de poussières sous les lits, araignées et toiles dans lestoilettes, capsules de bière dans le canapé etc..."
