There is plenty of space for boat parking on the apartment property. If you are bringing your boat, Douglas Dock is 1.2 miles away. No boat, no problem; there are several marinas nearby if you want to rent a boat, relax on the water, and enjoy looking at the Smokey Mountains off in the distance. You can even take the time to visit some restaurants along the shoreline and enjoy a bite.
