"There were some problems because of the way hotels.com’s booking software works. But the Ethan Allen was wonderfully accomodating. I’ve been going there regularly for years. When my family comes to town we always recommend Ethan Allen as a first choice."

"The property was being used as a homeless shelter, this should always be disclosed to the public.When we arrived there were 2 police cruisers and officers dealing with a family outside the lobby. The desk clerk insisted that we did not have reservations even though we did. Then when I retreived the confirmation from my car and he ran it through the computer It said my name ,but all the other info was wrong and he said, "just sign it!" which I would not. It took over 40 minutes to clear this up....
