Directly across the road from a quiet boat landing on a 190 acre lake perfect for fishing and boating, and just steps to sand bottom clean water swimming. Wonderful property with a wonderful host. Nice, decently quiet area but easy access to conveniences. Beautiful, clear, clean lake just across the road. Loved hearing the sounds of the Northwoods for a weekend! Already planning another girls trip back!

The cabin is beautifully decorated and is in a great location to get away. We really enjoyed the screened porch and the pool table. I highly recommend this location to anyone planning to stay in the area.

Relaxing space with excellent views.
We were looking for a relaxing space with lake cabin vibes for a weekend visiting family, this space was just that. We didnt use the pool table, but its a nice accompanyment for the rainy days. If nothing else, book this place for mornings in the screened in porch.

Fantastic Cabin
We had wanted to take our kids on a winter trip to explore the beauty of winter and this was a great place. Right off the lake, the outdoor fire pit, the kitchen had everything we needed, not far from state parks. The cabin was perfect for the kids and family time!

Quiet and secluded. Well set up kitchen, outside area was fantastic and the pool table as well as the well stocked cupboard full of board games makes it impossible to be bored…. Even if snowed in for the duration!

Cute cabin across from swimming and fishing
3 adults + 3 older kids all fit comfortably in this cute cabin! Great lake across the road for canoeing, swimming, and catching a tiny panfish on every cast! We appreciated the clean kitchen for cooking our meals, huge tv to enjoy a movie, and screened in porch to enjoy the breeze without bugs. A great stay!

Enjoyed our stay. Sat on the shoreline of Lake Lily the first night. The place is not on the lake. You walk down or drive down to the lake with it being a public boat access. Second night we had a fire in the big fire pit and roasted marshmallows. We played pool and the board game.

Great getaway
We loved the property and the location. We brought the boat up and access to the lake right across the street was perfect. We were on the lake everyday…even though it’s a relatively small lake we had room to tube and usually had the lake to ourselves. The cabin was great…nice modern updates while keeping the up north charm. We had everything we needed at the cabin. The 3 season porch was great to enjoy coffee in the morning and a drink in the evening. The location is very quiet which is what we were looking for. We’ll be back again!

Our week in the woods
The property was spacious and included all the necessary kitchen tools, etc. The location is convenient to convenience stores should you need to restock. The lake is just across the road from a public landing if you need access to the lake. Carrie was very prompt with any questions we had. It was a relaxing week and would consider it again.

The cabin is nice and has been updated. The roof leaks in the screened in porch. Needs repair. Outside property nice but needs a little TLC! Very good stay however. House very well equipped!!

Excellent stay
Out of all the cabins we have rented, this one was above and beyond. Carrie had everything in case we might have forgotten something. The place is just so cute and all the touches of decor was fun for us to see. The TV is huge, how am i ever going to watch another program on ours. Storm the first evening made it even better listening to the rain. We brought our own pool sticks having been in a league years before. However i was impressed with how nice the sticks and table was. We eat at different places in the area that were all very good. We rode our UTV on the trails and saw the most beautiful scenery. The cabin was very quiet for sleeping. No noise from ATV, UTV or even vehicles. Had a camp fire one evening and enjoyed watching several dear. We will be back, but staying longer next time.

Perfect Family Retreat
Our family of (7) throughly enjoyed this delightful cottage in the woods! Everything was in excellent condition and very clean. Beds were cozy and very comfy. Kitchen was stocked for cooking as well:) Hailing from Texas this was such a treat to be able to enjoy a swim in the lake to cool down from the heat as well as being able to use the canoe. Our second night at the cottage we decided to use back area for a camp fire and we’re surprised at around 9:30ish to what I can only describe as two very tall and large Bigfoot animals screaming at us from the tree line by the woods. :0 So sadly we had to cut our bonfire early and instead go inside for some board games on the lovely dining table! And yes I now am a believer in the Big Man!! So that was a nice adventure for our family. Lol I am sure we will be talking about that for years to come!!Would definitely recommend this cozy cottage too friends and family. The screened porch was great too for drinking coffee and enjoying the breeze off the lake~ Carrie is a great host and quick to respond to any of our questions! Thank you for sharing your cottage with our family~

Beautiful home and location
The house is beautiful, location is perfect and the view of the lake is exceptional. We spent the weekend to go trail riding, easy access to all the trails and restaurants. My daughters enjoyed taking a polar plunge in the evening in the pristinely clean lake across the street. Highly recommend.
