Located on the highly sought after Santa Clara Avenue in the Lantern District, HARBOR BREEZES is just a very short distance to an incredible lookout viewing the Coastline and overlooking Dana Point Harbor.

This 2,400 s.f. beauty is a VERY SPACIOUS end unit has an abundance of natural light and a single attached garage. The interior features a large living room with fireplace, a comfortable family room with plenty of seating, dining area, kitchen with granite countertops and breakfast bar, travertine flooring, a large primary suite with fireplace and separate sitting area with a desk and chair for working from home, dressing area, and a private balcony, guest bedroom with private balcony, bonus side bedroom, and a large inside laundry room with granite cabinets and plenty of storage.

HARBOR BREEZES sleeps 7 comfortably in beds and is spacious enough to host two couples, a single or multiple family groups. There is a king in the primary suite, a queen in the second bedroom, a twin in the third bonus room, and a queen sleeper sofa in the den. All bedrooms are upstairs. The primary offers a full en-suite with soaking tub and the other two bedrooms share a full size bathroom. There is a half bath is downstairs.

SUITABILITY: Non-Smoking home. Must have an adult(s) 25 or older staying at the house during the term of the stay. This rental is a two story, end unit townhome. No bedrooms at ground level.

Dana Point is a city located in southern Orange County, California. It has one of the few harbors along the Orange County coast, and with ready access via State Route 1 (the famous Pacific Coast Highway or PCH). Dana Point and surrounding communities of Laguna Beach and San Clemente are popular local destinations for surfing.

In less than an hour in either direction from HARBOR BREEZES you will find the world renowned South Coast Plaza, Irvine Spectrum, Fashion Island in Newport Beach, and a slew of Outlet Stores in San Clemente, Carlsbad & Oceanside. There are live theatres, cinemas, museums, world class epicurean delights, petting zoos, and much, much more.

Our Month in The Lantern District
The kitchen is well-stocked with whatever type of utensil, cookware or dinnerware you might need. The home is spacious with plenty of room for privacy. We were happy to find beach chairs in the garage (should be listed under amenities in description). It would be nice to have a small beach umbrella as well. The walkability of this location to coffee shops, restaurants and the trolley stops is great. Jeff was very responsive when we contacted him regarding a few minor issues. Thanks Jeff! Our only 4-star comments: We did not find the second garage until the day before we left (we feel this info could be better described in the description) when the neighbors pointed it out to us. And the area inside the front door is need of cleaning/painting. We would have loved to have a copy of the Orange County guide that was described in our check in/check out book, but didn't find that. Otherwise, it was great! We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect home in a walk to everything place
We loved our stay at Harbor Breezes. The home is comfortable and thoughtfully equipped, and we could walk everywhere— the paths to the harbor and through the breathtaking Dana Point headlands are a short stroll away, as are shops and restaurants. Plenty of space for dinner guests; we had some family over and they were enchanted with the home and the locale as well. We had a few small maintenance problems and the management company was prompt in sending over Joe, a wonderful handyman. Hated to have to leave!

Great stay--wonderful location!
We had a great stay at this lovely property! Such a great location--easy walking to the Marina, beach, many restaurants, grocery store--we just Ubered to and from the airport and never needed a vehicle--everything we needed was within walking distance or via an occasional Uber. We were able to see a professional paddle board tournament at Doheny Beach, which was amazing! The condo is spacious, comfortable and contained all that we needed. I can't wait to come back!

Wow - Five Star Stay at 24451!!!
Great location, very spacious and well kept. Brand new kitchen. Lots of parking. Quiet dead end street a block from the Ocean. Ten minute walk to about ten great restaurants. We will be back.

Wow - Five Star Stay at 24451!!!
Our stay at 24451 Santa Clara far exceeded our expectations. Spacious and cozy with two gas fireplaces for cool ocean breezes and plenty of room to be together as a family and to enjoy some private time. The property manager was helpful and prepared the place perfectly and professionally including a wonderful welcome gift. Location is incredible - 5 minute walk from 6-8 diverse and excellent restaurants, and cafes, and 10 minutes from both small family beach and large beautiful Doheny Beach. Kitchen is new, containing everything we needed, master bedroom very large with fireplace and spacious deck, large jetted tub spa. Four separate sleeping spaces came in handy for our family and I could imagine two families coexisting comfortably. The location is perfect-- a block from the beach you can't beat this place for the price. We give this our unqualified enthusiastic reservation - We've never stayed in a nicer beachfront condo. Add unlimited parking, both associated with the condo and 40 ft away overnight on the street. Santa Clara is a one way dead end street with no traffic and wonderful walking to the park and the beach. For the price this is the best rental value in Dana Point, period. We will be back!
