Beach Perfection!
The unit is perfect for a beach stay! Walking distance to the most amazing paths, restaurants and beaches in orange county. The unit was well stocked, and supplied with beach chairs, umbrellas, and toys! We were a family with kids and the multiple bedrooms and comfy beds, good bedding and loads of towels were great. We would definitely stay here again!

July in Dana Point
This 3 bedroom 2 bath condo was perfect for our July month-long family vacation in Dana Point. The unit was clean and the neighborhood is very quiet. Access to the beach is very convenient as the community prioritizes coastal access for the public. It takes you 5 minutes to walk down the hill/stairs to the beach and we had no problem lugging all of our beach equipment up and back each day. The condo has 2 patios, one of which has an ocean view and is great for evening drinks/dinner. The parking is very easy, and this unit is close to many restaurants, grocery stores, and attractions. Being from AZ we were a little concerned about the lack of an A/C, but temperature was never an issue because with the windows down you get a beautiful ocean breeze all day and night. Vicky is super responsive and we had no issues at all. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful vacation right off the Ocean.
The property was wonderful. We had more than enough space for the two of us. The condo was spotless. Vickie, our hostess was amazing. She responded to any of our questions or needs immediately. It was a total pleasure working with her. When we return to Dan Point next summer we will definitely try to work with Vickie again. We had the best vacation!!

Great 6 week Stay - Summer 2021
We just completed our 6 week stay at this beautiful Dana Point condo. The property is fully equipped with all the comforts of home. The kitchen is nicely equipped with all you'd need for meal prep. The dining area is big enough to seat six and each of the 3 bedrooms have their own TV (in addition to the Living room big screen). Beach chairs and boogie boards also are available. Of course the beach is just across the street and down the stairs. There's also a funicular that will take you down if you are carrying too much or don't want to walk. There wasn't anything we needed that wasn't provided. An added bonus was the walk up the nearby Path of Palms that takes you up to PCH near downtown Dana Point. From there it's just a short walk to restaurants and shopping. Our host Viki was very accessible and quick to respond to any questions. Dana Point is a great place for a vacation and this is a great vacation rental property - one of the best we've had.

Great location
Morning walks on the beach and beautiful sunset views from the promenade were the highlights of our stay. The location is great - short walk to the beach, but also walkable or a short drive to the marina and the lantern district where there were lots of restaurants. Dana Point was a great location from which to explore the coast with day trips to San Clemente, San Juan Capistrano, Laguna Beach, & Newport Beach. The condo was as advertised. We liked the fact that it was on the ground floor as we had a couple of people in the group who don't do well on stairs. Being on the ground floor though, the place was a bit on the dark side.

Just accross the street to the beach
The condo has 3 rooms and a well equipped kitchen. It lies is a nice neighborhood and best of all... just a short foot walk from the beach! We have had a very pleasant stay.

Great Condo in a Perfect Location!
We absolutely loved our stay - the condo itself was perfect for our family of five. The best thing about the condo is the incredible location - right across the street from the path leading to Strands Beach! We spent our mornings taking a cup of coffee over to the pathway overlooking the ocean (where we watched a number of incredible sunsets as well!) We also loved the fact that the condo was within walking distance to a number of great restaurants / cafes in Dana Point. As for the condo itself - it was spotless and the furnishings were lovely and new. We especially appreciated the outdoor dining on the patio, the beach toys / chairs / beach towels, and that two of the three bedrooms featured desks - a huge advantage during these times of remote work / school. Vicky is an incredible and responsive host. She responded to our every text, even bringing over a grill when we asked if there was one available at the condo! We spent a fantastic month in Dana Point and would recommend this unit to anyone!

Beach getaway!
This property is right at the beach! Wake up, have coffee on the patio.. then walk across the street to one of the best beaches in Orange County! This 3 bedroom was great for me and my 2 daughters. Each room had its own tv- which was such a treat for the girls! The check in process was great and the owner was available by text anytime!! The neighbors are wonderful and the house was a perfect summer getaway! We would definitely come back again! ** as a family that stays in a lot of Vrbos - the Owners are what makes a great property! And Vicky was amazing! She really made our stay extra special!
