"The biggest downfall for hotel was the fact that they tell you the spa is open from 10am till 7pm but they randomly close it earlier. These timings are already very short in comparison to most hotels so is really annoying. They then lied to expedia when they called as we put a complaint in saying that the spa needs to be booked in advance which is not the case. The hotel its self however is great for location, cleanliness and food. However, the staff at reception are not very welcoming. We did meet Ali who was a very nice and obliging person who really helped us. "

"Lovely hotel and location, Short flat walk by the river into town past several riverside restaurants . Breakfast was excellent.We saw turtles from the restaurant between 9 and 10am.They will eat a little cheese but not bread. Drinks and food prices here were a bit higher than some places. Half board was a reasonable option and they were flexible if you wanted lunch instead of dinner and also would provide a vegetarian option . Otherwise it is just one choice like soup, fish , desert. Personally we opted for bed and breakfast and ate out most days. Breakfast was excellent as were the staff. Beer was £4. Per 50cl bottle Efes, in town could get at nearer £2. "Well from the moment we arrived and were met by Mehmet( the owners brother) the WOW factor was there! A lovely family owned/run Apartment just 10 min walk from the centre of Dalyan. The Apartment block is very new,clean and all modern. Facilities were all top rated, cooker big fridge freezer and even a dishwasher! The cutlery all clean and sparkling( excellent housekeeping!) Air con in both rooms( we had a one bedroom apartment) along with a king size bed. The balcony overlooked the pool and a little sun trap first thing in the morning. A TV in the lounge area that Mehmet set up for us in English! We hired a Scooter for the duration and could park at the side of the property where the family lived and every morning the Mother would come out to greet us. The cleaning lady ( forgot her name) was also lovely, polite and very helpful in every way possible. Plenty of sun loungers around the pool and also a small bar area with cold drinks available to purchase. Being only 8 rooms this place is a home from home and can’t praise the place enough. I holiday in Turkey 4-5 times a year and have truly found the place I can call my second home. Thank you Bright House Apart for a wonderful time ! "

"Second stay at the Casablanca hotel.. brought friends for sight seeing trip.. they loved their stay at the Hotel.. central to all the amenities.. just slightly out of the main centre of attractions.. approximately 7 minute to the main shopping / restaurant area.. great stay.. would highly recommend.."

"The wonderful people at Dalyan Yunus are friendly, kind and can't do enough to make your stay a great one. The food is lovely, the rooms are simple but clean and kids are made to feel very welcome. There is a nice garden and riverside terrace for escaping the heat but it's really the people plus Dalyan itself that made this a relaxing and very enjoyable holiday. Thank you!"

"I stayed here in Dalyan and have been here many times before. The hotel is basic but clean. I have always stayed at this location and this one is only 50m away from the main river jetty which suits me. The wonderful manager Kezban is very friendly, helpful and professional. I will return because of her hospitality and I am sure she gave us the best room. The hotel has a good restaurant but can be noisy as you can hear the music up to around 11pm which didn’t affect us. There’s a small pool with a bar and the family run hotel is near the main area where you can take the boat trips to turtle beach and the mud bath and thermal pools next to a lake. If you want a good WiFi then go elsewhere. Breakfast is always the same consisting of cucumbers, olives, tomatoes and a hard boiled egg with bread which can be too much of the same after 3 days. I will be coming back because of the service. "
