"친절한 직원, 매력적인 로비, 깨끗하고 잘 정돈된 방이 매우 만족스러웠습니다. 여러 유럽국가들을 다녀봤지만, 정말 훌륭한 호텔이네요. 스코틀랜드 사람들이 다 그런건지 모르겠지만, 글래스고 사람들은 다 친절해서 더욱 좋은 경험이었습니다. 한가지 아쉬운 점은 5박을 지내는 동안 조식 메뉴가 매일 똑같았다는 점입니다. 조금씩 바뀌었으면 좋겠네요."
