"The room & facilities were great. The location was perfect- great view next to the castle & 3 min walk to Grassmarket. The breakfast was a bit of a let down - £16.95 for a full breakfast & half of the items were missing - had to ask for them to be topped up & then had to wait almost 10 mins for them to arrive. Most of the other items were cold & our friend even asked for hers to be heated up in the microwave. Was not worth the £16.95"

Room was lovely, big comfy bed, clean, good decor, great bathroom with a handy little led over the loo for night time use! Fully equipped kitchenette, air con, big smart TV. I really enjoyed the shower and bathroom too. Exceeded expectations and remarkable value for money. It is not the fault of the apartment but I would say it might be worth recommending guests bring earplugs as the air conditioning units in surrounding businesses are very loud. It did keep me from sleeping."
