Could've been better
We had several issues on this stay - the code we were sent in 2 separate emails to enter the house did not work, when we called the property manager, she did not answer and we could not leave a voicemail so kept calling until she answered and then she sent a new code; we had to run the water for 20 minutes to get any hot water in the shower and the last evening we were there, couldn't get any hot water. We notified the property manager that evening and were told it was fixed the next day after we left. The property listing stated that paper towels were provided and when we asked the property manager about this she said there were cloth napkins in the pantry which were actually washcloths. There was a broken lamp in the bedroom which I mentioned to the cleaner and she already knew about it, and a broken chair and broken table in the yard. The house is right next to railroad tracks. Whenever I stay at a VRBO, I always send suggestions to the property manager or owner and they've always been well received, but in this case, I was told I was complaining about things no one else ever complained about. I would not stay at a property if the same property manager contact was listed.
