Summary:
While enjoying Arlington spread out & relax in our newly renovated 4 BR house. Perfect for Families, pets & corporate stays. Amazing location-WALK to AT&T Stadium, Globe Life Field & Park, & restaurants. Close to Six flags, UTA & all Arlington has to offer. We are experienced hosts with over 1500 5 star reviews & know how to make your stay great. Enjoy a 65 inch TV in the LR & TV's in every room, a bidet in the spacious master suite, luxe mattresses & linens, chefs kitchen, & a large backyard

The Space:
Our house was just completely renovated with Short Term rentals in mind!

Enter into the large open living/dining area. Plenty of seating for everyone and a TV in both the Living Room and Dining room so you don't miss a moment of the game. The large spacious kitchen allows for many cooks and to make anything you desire! Little touches such as trash cans on both ends of the kitchen make for ease of use with a large group. A spacious pantry stores all your groceries and the free washer and dryer means you can stay comfortably as long as you like.

Bedroom 1: 1 Queen bed
Bedroom 2: 4 twin bunk beds. The bottom beds are adult rated (200 lbs) and they all have adult mattresses.
Bedroom 3: King bed with a large closet and ensuite bathroom with a shower
Bedroom 4: Spacious master suite with large 2 person bathroom. Complete with glass shower and heated toilet seat/bidet. Separate area with a desk in case you need to get some work done.

Bathrooms:
Bathroom 1: shared bathroom with tub/shower combination. This is used for bedroom 1 and 2.
Bathroom 2: Cozy Ensuite with shower used for bedroom 3
Bathroom 3: Spacious 2 person bathroom with large shower and bidet/toilet seat. Used for bedroom 4

Spacious backyard allows you to hang out and grill.

Guest Access:
The entire house is yours. Keyless entry means you can arrive anytime that is convenient after check in.

The Neighborhood:
Our house is located in a desirable quiet neighborhood next to everything. It is so convenient that there is paid parking right outside of it in all directions! The neighborhood is blocked off for tenant parking only so no street parking is allowed during events- only on the driveway.

Walking distance to:
ATT Stadium (.75 miles), Globe life field (About 1.1 miles from entrance) and Globe life Park/ Choctaw Stadium (.9 miles) , Esports Stadium (1 mile)

A plethora of restaurants within a half mile or less.

Close to:
Six Flags- 1.8 miles

Getting Around:
You can easily walk to a variety of restaurants including Hooters, TGI Fridays, Chick Fil-A, Wendys, raising canes etc. Most of the attractions are walking distance (about a mile or less from the actual entrance but as close as paid parking).

If you would like to catch a ride the city of Arlington has a ride share called VIA- its wonderful for groups. VIA will take you anywhere in Arlington. It is a ride share so if you are a small group or by yourself you might ride around a bit.

Uber or Lyft are also options!

Other Things to Note:
No keys to lose or to return! You don't even have to touch a keypad if you desire! This property provides secure, keyless entry with an August Smart Lock. You can lock and unlock the door with your smartphone, using a unique virtual key, or personal entry code on a keypad issued to you for the duration of your stay.

PET POLICY: Please be sure to add your pet(s) to the reservation when booking. The pet fee is $150 for their entire stay. This fee will be added to your reservation in the nightly fee amount. Maximum 2 pets, please

Due to insurance we do have breed restrictions. We are unable to host Akitas, ChowChows, Dobermans, German Shepards, Huskies, Mastiffs, Pit Bulls and related breeds, Rottweilers, Wolf Hybrids and Presa Canario.

The location is amazing and able to see roof AT&T stadium from front porch. House is amazing and clean and in a great location for arena, food and a great neighborhood around the house. Owners are great at responding and proactive before any issues. Would definitely love to stay here again the future.

We had to travel to fort worth for a funeral and we picked this home to stay since we all drove from chicago to Texas. Arlington was really close by we would drive 20 mins to gather with our family in fort worth. Very clean very comfortable would stay here again

Great rental for sports in Arlington!
We had 3 families stay here, with enough accommodation for 4/5 children easily as long as they can share! The house was conveniently located near Globe Life Field, where we spent most of our evenings. We lounged in the living room, and kept ourselves as clean as the house. Everything was comfortable and fresh. I would definitely stay here again and bring the whole family!

This was a great stay! The house was exactly as described. The neighborhood is quiet and walking distance to both AT&T Stadium and Globe Life Field. Perfect location and beautiful house
We stayed for the weekend for a Cowboys game.. the house was very easy to get to and within walking distance of the stadium. When we opened the front door we were extremely pleased~~ each bedroom was just right as well as the bathrooms. The master suite was very large and the master bath was gorgeous! The backyard was spacious and if we would have had more time we definitely would have used it. The kitchen had everything a cook would want. Our host was easy to communicate with and kept in touch with us.

Beautiful Home - Wonderful Hosts
Victoria has done a great job renovating this home, making this rental a perfect choice. Every room has been updated, the kitchen has everything you need to prepare a meal and with TV's in every room, our kids loved it! The backyard is very spacious, with string lights, making it fun to enjoy at night once it's cooled off. It's conveniently located to just about everything in Arlington. It's an older neighborhood, that is going through gentrification, but don't let that deter you from selecting this home. The neighborhood was safe and extremely quiet. If you are attending a game or concert at ATT stadium - this house is a no-brainer. Victoria was extremely prompt in all of her responses and a wonderful host to work with.
