After an extensive and modern renovation and reimagination, The Lamar School Lofts is now opening its doors again in 2020 featuring modern, industrial, residential, loft living. Located in the revitalized Cedars district, the spacious studio and one-bedroom lofts feature 11-foot ceilings, concrete pillars and beams, exposed electrical conduit and air ducting, central heat air, and new energy efficient windows. The kitchens have been given a modern flair with quartz countertops, new cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and eat-up counter. Bathrooms feature designer tile showers, new fixtures and new mirror.
