Your family will be Comfortable Conveniently close to everything in the Entertainment District while staying at our centrally-located place. Our home is a 4 bed 2 bath home Bedroom 1: Queen Bed

If you’re going a short distance walking is best. Just park your vehicle safely in the garage or driveway and begin your stroll. Our driveway has room for 3-4 vehicles (depending on size). Garage has room for 1-2 vehicles depending on size. The neighborhood is blocked off for tenant parking only so NO street parking is allowed during events. Only in the driveway/garage. However, if you decide not to walk Uber/Lyft and VIA is also available.

You can easily walk to a variety of restaurants an nearby stores including Walmart and more. Arlington also has a ride share called VIA- it’s great for groups. VIA will take you anywhere in ARLINGTON.

Great location
We were in town for state playoff games. Walking distance to stadium, Walmart and more. House had everything we needed for a comfy quick stay. Owner’s responded quickly and were very accommodating.

This property was extremely convenient to the area we were staying and the owners were very responsive and helpful with anything we needed. Unfortunately all three beds were extremely uncomfortable and the sheets did not appear to be clean. Aside from that it was a nice place

Stayed very close to the Six Flags we visited. There was plenty of room for our family of 5. A few things need updating in the house but the location is good and the price is too.

Great Stay! Perfect location!
The house was the perfect setup for our family of 7. The teenage boys had a great time staying in the game room. It was an easy walk to AT&T Stadium and Texas Live! and a short drive to Six Flags. We would definitely stay here again. It’s the perfect spot to stay for any event at AT&T Stadium or Globe Life Field.

Perfect location!
In town for an event at AT&T Stadium and the location of this property couldn’t have been better! Owners were very welcoming and had good communication. We loved having the garage available to park in too! I had a couple teenagers with us and the floor plan worked extremely well.

Was supposed to be me and 4 other friends but 3 of them bailed. The place was perfect and would have suited everyone fine if all were there. Easy walk rlto the ball park and many restaurants. Will use again!

Cotton Bowl Champs
We were visiting the area for the Cotton Bowl. Our host was very welcoming and friendly. The house was very comfortable. It was a great location to the AT&T stadium! We were able to walk to and from the game. I would highly recommend staying at this house if you have an event at the stadium.

Karnika was great to work with. She answered questions promptly. Having a garage was a plus. We only used three bedrooms-the fourth bedroom doubled as a game room with an air mattress. The kitchen was nicely stocked with necessities.

The owner was very easy to contact. We were able to get the property on short notice, and it accommodated all of our needs. The fourth bedroom only had a blow up mattress and there weren’t any extra blankets. The property didn’t seem to have a well stocked kitchen but we didn’t have the time or the need to do any cooking. We enjoyed our stay.

Overall adequate
We enjoyed our stay at the home in Arlington. We were there for Ranger/Dodger Baseball. The house was clean and comfortable. As a short term rental property owner there are a few things I would suggest to make the home more convenient for future guests. 1. There were no directions for the television - we were not able to watch anything the whole five days. The television in the master bedroom upstairs was not connected and had no signal. We do like to watch the news in the morning and before retiring for the evening. 2. The bath towels are pretty worn and small. We had to contact the owner to find them - would be nice to have newer fluffier towels and a towel rack to hang them. 3. Toilet paper - there were two rolls in each bathroom upon arrival. Upstairs we found two more rolls in the linen closet in the hallway. It would be nice to have a supply of toilet paper and towels in the closets close to the bathrooms 4. Kitchen was sparsely furnished. We had anticipated being able to cook a few meals, perhaps BBQ, however, utensils and pots and pans were in short supply and the frying pan is very worn. No ice cream scoop was found..... 5. Could not find any trash bags to empty the trash - used the ones in the trash can already but could have used another one to replace what was full. 6. We did look at all of the pictures prior to booking and I guess just didn't realize the only bedroom with a king size bed was located upstairs.

The property is marketed as a 4 bedroom but it is actually a 3 bedroom with an air mattress in a game room. The place had either a mold or pet urine smell when you first walk in. All seven of us smelled it but couldn't tell what the smell was. The house is conveniently located to shopping, restaurants, Cowboys stadium and more. But unfortunately I do not feel I it was worth what we paid and would not stay here again.

Location Location Location
The property was great & host was super helpful with extending my booking as well as helping get me in when I was having issues with the smart lock upon arrival. This location is amazing. It took about 7 minutes to get to six flags, Walmart is the next street over, and both Rangers & Cowboys stadium are walking distance easily. It was me, my mom & my 3 children (boys) & the first day they had me cook them pancakes. It’s nice to be able to wake up & cook. It’s also nice being a 2 story house & having privacy. It was super clean & organized & we had everything we needed. I am so appreciative of VRBO & the host. Thanks so much!!

Girls Trip to shop and WNBA games
We travel to Dallas 1-2 every few years to shop and play. This was a great place to stay for the WNBA game between Dallas Wings and Indiana Fever. Awesome game and fun places to shop! Host was the best! Checked in with us after we checked in to make sure everything was good. Also mailed a small pouch that we left in the bathroom! So helpful and will stay again when in the area.
