Nice. Could be stocked a little better. A kitchen towel, cleaning supplies, plastic wine glasses for use by the pool. Other than that, it was very nice.

Overall, the neighborhood was quiet expect for the neighbor across the street that tries to dictate where we parked even though there were no assigned parking. The ceiling fans in the bedrooms barely work andmany of the remotes had no or dead batteries. There was a drain out of the front porch roof that empties water on the porch and one it not cateful,, one can get soak and wet The place was every dated, and you could not sit outside after dark as there were no lights out there to turn on. For tge price, we were expecting a little more

Property was actually as listed with no surprises. Was clean and very nice and my boys loved the pool. My only issue was it needs more light outside at the pool for evening swimming.

The house was pretty nice. Was nice that all of the rooms had bigger beds. However, I do have complaints about the cleanliness. The floors were not well cleaned. There was still grass and things tracked in from previous guest. The refrigerator smelled like rotted food, the pool was not clean and we saw 2 Cockroaches while there. One dead one alive. The streets in the neighborhood are VERY narrow. If people are parked on one or both sides of the street it’s basically a one way street. We were very paranoid about parking our cars on the curb in front of the house.
