Enjoy time together with friends and family in our spacious living room with comfortable seating for everyone. Enjoy a movie night on the 75 inch TV. Fast free internet though out the house.

You will get a good night’s sleep on our comfortable mattresses and luxury super soft linens. If you are a night owl or want to get away, all bedrooms have smart TVs with free local channels, free digital channels or you can stream your favorite movies on Netflix, Hulu, and Prime using your own account.

We have you covered with a 3-car private garage and extra parking with up to six cars total (full size trucks may not fit in garage).

We are available 24/7 by app, text or phone should you need assistance. We really enjoy hosting and it shows in our commitment to great hospitality.

Summer Vacation/Annual Baseball Trip
We are two families of four that travel together each summer to visit ballparks and vacation. The house was located perfectly for that and convenient to downtown Dallas and Ft Worth. The house is spotless, clean, nicely decorated and feels brand new. Everyone was very happy with the house and comfortable. The Coffee/Tea "bar" was a nice touch and the putting green in the back was a hit as well.

5 coworkers that came up for a golf and Rangers game getaway. The house was in a perfect location, the perfect size, and the perfect price. We enjoyed this property so much, absolutely beautiful and spacious. It was the perfect place for all of us. Our first visit to Texas and it was great. Beds were very comfortable, beautiful decor and everything you would need for your stay. Kids and adults had so much fun in the game room. We will be back for sure.

Was a great place for a Small family reunion. Place was exactly how It was describe. Lots of room and plenty of area for gathering for games and eating. We were able enjoy the back yard for the eclipse that is something we will never forget. The Hostess was very nice making sure everything was ok and and available if we needed anything . Differently will be recommending this house and if ever in Arlington will be staying here again

Awesome Stay
I came down with a group of friends for the USA v Mexico match and we had a blast. The place is unbelievable clean, large, and well thought out. There was always something for us to do and we had a great time in the backyard and the game room. The location was an easy walk to AT&T and a ton of good restaurants. Our host was also clear, communicative, and very friendly. Would ~highly~ recommend for large groups coming down for a game at AT&T.

Stayed at the property for a concert at AT&T stadium. Ken is an amazing host. His communication with us was timely, informative, and responsive. The house is perfect in every way; very upscale furnishings, comfortable beds and lots of space for everyone to relax and enjoy themselves. The location of the house is within walking distance to the AT&T stadium and the Globe Life Field. Highly recommend this property and Ken as a host.

2 Family Wedding Vaca
Our stay was great! The house is very clean and just as pictured. We came with two family’s (9 people) and we fit comfortably. It was pretty central to many areas we needed to be. The wedding was in Weatherford, we went into Dallas and hung out in Fort Worth. Live was within a mile and was a fun experience as well. The game room, spa and putting green were a fun addition to our stay! I would definitely stay at this property again if we ever have to come back to this area in Texas.

Immaculate house with all of the amenities
We stayed here with our family of 5, a babysitter and another family of 3. The house was in pristine condition and so many amenities for everyone. We had more than enough space and the kids and adults all had the best weekend. The house is SO clean, so organized! 10/10 recommend. The host was super accommodating and quick to respond. We stayed here while visiting the stockyards and it was an easy 25 minute drive. Definitely would come back. 12/10 location for six flags, cowboys, baseball, and restaurants.

We had a wonderful time staying at your beautiful home. Great indoor and outdoor space with lots to do. We enjoyed cooking out, the game room upstairs, putt putt outside and cards at the dining room table. The covered porch was great for morning coffee and hanging out. It provided plenty of shade. The beds were so comfortable with very soft sheets. Plenty of room for 3 separate families. Great location and short walk to Texas Live and Rangers baseball game. 3 car garage and drive way easily fit our 6 cars. We were so happy for our family get together before our nephew in the Air Force leaves for Japan. I would highly recommend this house.

Immaculate Dream House!
We had THE BEST weekend at the Funcation House! The home was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with countless, fun amenities! Our host Ken was welcoming, helpful, and always immediately available by phone or text. The welcome binder was filled with all the pertinent info and great neighborhood suggestions. Our kids played their hearts out on the putting green and game room! The outdoor Edison lighting at night is especially a treat! Each and every bedroom was equipped with the most comfortable bed and luxurious bedding. We appreciated the toiletries and stocked items in the kitchen. And we wish we had time to use the hot tub and ready-to-use grill! The cherry on top is that this house was in walking distance to AT&T Stadium! We can’t wait to stay in this Dream Home again!

I am forced to give the property a 5 star rating because that is as high as the rating goes! It definitely deserves a 10. The house is beautiful. The beds are incredibly comfortable. The property is well stocked with needs in the kitchen as well as plenty of towels for the group. The location was perfect for an event at ATT stadium. We had an incredible time and host was amazing. Would definitely recommend this property and will be back!

Perfect home away from home!
This house was perfect for my husband, and I and four teenagers! Everybody had enough space, the game room was so fun, the decor was adorable, the backyard was perfect, especially because I have a golfer in the family! When we are back in Dallas, we will definitely stay here again! also, Ken was attentive and accommodating. He reached out to me before we arrived to let me know we could check in early due to a major storm coming. That kind of communication was next level!
