Spent 5 days at this unit and it was too short of a stay! Everything you need, close to EVERYTHING in the area, probably the most comfortable beds I have slept in for a short term rental and a beautiful/safe complex! Communication with the host was easy and although the instruction for checkin and checkout was detailed and lengthy, it was simple to follow as it was clear and concise. Unless already booked, I will definitely stay here again next time I am in the area for work!

Two Days of Fun Getaway!
Jamie & Terian we AMAZING host!!! The apartment was exactly as described! We had everything we need, and it was very well kept, and clean! The beds were also comfortable, which is always a big plus!! We did have a a little hiccup in the start of our stay, but let me tell you these two went above 👆 and beyond to make sure the issue was corrected and our stay was enjoyable!! Having an attentive host, is so important, as they continued to check on us and make sure all things were fixed and we were comfortable!! We will definitely be staying with Jamie and Terian anytime we are in the colony area and only needing a small apartment! It’s perfect for a group of 6, or even 4! We had a great experience here ! Very clean rooms , clean bathrooms, and Tons of great restaurants & Shopping within 10 minutes of the place. There is a TV in every room & trash is collected and a big walk-in closet in every room . The Wi-Fi is great (if you need to work ) and the in unit washer & dryer is nice too !

Great condo and location
Condo was just as described. The hosts were very friendly and super responsive from booking al the way throughout the stay. Their instructions were delivered exactly on time and were very descriptive. As stated in other reviews, its on the 3rd floor so you do have to be able to do stairs, but the advantage is no residents above you. This is right off of a highway so it's super easy to get anywhere in the Dallas/Ft Worth area. Staying in Nov, we had to use the Air Conditioning and Heat, both worked well and the condo was always very comfortable. We used the hot tub one day and were the only people in the pool area. It's a large pool so it would be nice if you are staying in warmer months. I would recommend and stay again!

The property was found to be as described. Be prepared to climb two flights of stairs to the third floor of the apartment complex. This should be listed in the property description. The apartment was clean and decorated well. Some noise can be heard from adjoining apartment and road. Beds were comfortable -queen size. Everything was found in working order. Lighting was generally good. We were pleased with our stay and would return.

Nice stay near plenty of shopping, activities and dining
We had a lovely stay at this property. Close to lots of shopping, dining and indoor activities. Be mindful it does take a couple of sets of stairs to reach the property. It is a gated community so parking was an issue later in the evenings, though we were able to find parking most of the time, some nights it was a bit of a walk. The beds were too firm for me, but husband and kids slept fine. Would return.
