There is another unit on property with which you will share the back yard. This main house is also a short term rental so let us know if you'd like to check availability for your party.

Studio parking is at the street on a first come basis. The driveway is reserved for the main house guests.

If you want to pay extra for early check in, this is the place for you!If you want a shower w barely lukewarm water, this is the place for you! If a nonvalid check in key code is no big deal to you, then this definitely the place for you!Nice, cozy neighborhood tho.

Stay in Lower Greenville
We love this neighborhood. Unfortunately our stay was not the best but I am sure the property manager will work on the issues we had as this is a new VRBO. No hot water and the heater was not very good on a cold December night. The booking with our pet was not very smooth either. All in all it is a clean little back house in a good neighborhood.
