Needed a place to stay for a couple nights and regretted picking this place instantly. Initial check-in was fine, staff were reasonably polite, but my room had small ants and other tiny bugs all over it! I didn't see them at first but after I brought some cereal at they crawled into the bag, and after i used h the e sink they started crawling anywhere. Over the time I was there it got steadily worse even though housekeeping came. The small bugs were disgusting but bearable, but on my last day there was a huge roach crawling around my room and i was terrified. In addition, basic amenities were lacking completely - there was no microwave and the bath/shower water didn't turn on, I could only use the sink while I was there.

The shuttle that's included is a shared shuttle with other hotels. You have to wait for it at the ground level marked in purple. This place is noisy and thin walls. No walking distance to stores or restaurants. You'll need to uber eats if you want food or take a taxi. But, for the convenience of a layover where you're not sleeping at the airport, its not bad for a snooze.

My daughter was stranded due to the ice storm at DFW. She checked in late and there were several people in the lobby. The clerk handed her the key and announced loudly what her room number was. A man in pajamas and flip flops glared at her and followed her to the elevator and she had to close the elevator door quickly because she was afraid he was going to follow her up. She was crying from fright by the time she got to her room. She barricaded the door because she felt unsafe. I called customer support and they tried to call the clerk but he did not answer the phone. We would have moved hotels if there was another one available. Inside the room, the bed was hard metal and the bathroom mirror was cracked and dirty. I want a refund!!
