Stayed for one night due to the proximity to AT&T stadium. In the area it was far and away the most reasonably priced. Because of that, my expectations were low. Considering the price, I was very pleased. It was simple and had no major amenities, but was clean and had the basics. For the price I paid, that’s all I was looking for and expecting. Recommend staying here as long as you understand you’re getting a basic room in a prime location for cheap

This hotel is in the best location for ATT stadium. Its a very expensive room, and still had to pay $80 to park. I would have canceled but they wouldnt let me. It was absolutely filthy inside and out. Only 2 bath towels, and 1 hand towel in the room. Mold all over the bathroom, stained carpet, no refrigerator, and the Tv didn't work. It also took 20 min to check in. Such a huge waste of money.

Went to this hotel to see Dallas Cowboys game accross the street. Upon arriving, they suddenly want $80 to park in thier parking. Couldn't of mentioned that at time of booking ? Too late to cancel, would charge me anyway. These are dirty, evil people running this place. Buyer beware.

This was rough the first room had a bad water mold smell and paint peeling of walls and multiple holes. Minimal lighting and short repairs. And lots of damaged furniture The second room they gave me when I asked for it didn't have the smell or wholes in the walls it. And they gouged the price up because it's near the stadium.

This place was an absolute dive and we were priced gouged. It was the most disgusting room I have ever stayed in and it cost 450 per night. Motel 6 should be ashamed for not only letting people stay there but charging what they did.

Property was nothing like the pictures! Rooms smelled like mold. Rooms were filthy, holes in walls, lighting fixtures were literally hanging off the walls. Water from shower would turn from scolding hot to ice cold by itself. Holes in the tubs. Overall the worst place I ever stayed.

The place was disgusting! Mold on the walls, missing pieces of ceiling, water damage, dirty sheets. Not at all worth the price and a total scam. Plus when we left our room we made sure the door latched. Came back and the door was OPEN. When I went to the front desk to talk to someone, no one would come out of the office to talk to me. We just packed our bags and left at 12AM
