Nice Apartment
Once we found the correct door to enter, the unit was as pictured. Comfortable unit that accommodated our family and in a great location. Property management was readily available when there were questions. Key fob “key” was new to us and was used for opening doors and elevator to the complex and would have been nice to have had more than one to share with 3 people. We would stay again.

Beautiful stay
We were in Dallas for a family member’s funeral, so we were looking for a quiet, peaceful place to stay. This apartment and atmosphere were perfect for our needs. The apartment itself was clean and comfortable. Communication with the owner was quick and helpful. And the Legacy West area was lovely as well. We hope to return for a visit to Dallas soon and look forward to staying in our new home away from home. Thank you so much for your hospitality and for making such a difficult time in our lives just a little more peaceful and healing.

This was the first time I used Vrbo. It went smoothly and the place was pretty nice. We stayed with friends so it was nice that the bedrooms and bathrooms were on opposite side of room. I had a bit of trouble with the roku but wasn't watching much tv anyway. I would stay here again for sure.

We stayed here for 4 nights. It is a beautiful and safe place. My kid loves it. The location is very convenient, closed to high way and shopping areas. It was very easy to communicate with the property manager. Check-in and check-out process was quite smooth. In all, I would recommend this place to everyone.

Very nice and clean rental. Great location being walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Easy check-in/check out. Would rent again. Adding a full length mirror would be my only suggestion.

Great location. I used the gym which was clean and well stocked. Didn’t use the kitchen as we were visiting family. Could use some deeper cleaning of sheets and carpet. The sofa smelll of body odor.

This was our second stay in a VRBO with apartments at the grand. This apartment faced the busy business and restaurant side, which made it fun to watch hotrods and high end cars go by but was louder a bit later than we liked and the bedrooms kept a blue glow all night that we are not used to. But the space was clean the parking convient. We were comfortable, safe and it fit our needs.

Nice place great location but
The apartment overall was very nice, but there were a few things that were issues. 1) Owner should have detailed map to provide guests 2) Only one Key fob for entry to unit. 3) Directly across from dog cleaning spa (only barking one morning of our stay) 4) Parking in garage was on the 7th floor of garage - can only use elevator if you have key fob. 5) Bedroom windows face parking garage - noise in early AM when trucks are emptying dumpsters in garage. 6) One of the showers was not working - fixed while we were there. 7) only 2 place mats on dining table. 8) no tissues in bathroom or anywhere in apartment.

This Apartment in The Grand was in perfect location for what we needed. So much to enjoy even in walking distance for evening entertainment. Apartment was spacious enough for the 4 adults in our party. The outdoor grill and checker area looked to be great fun as well but is was just too hot during our trip. Parking was secure and free. great value

The pictures doesn’t do this place any justice! The area, the layout of the condo, the amenities outside like the pool, outdoor games, tv & fire-pit was a very nice touch. I was in shock when we arrived. The parking was great. Everything was amazing. The host was very easy to contact when needed and was very helpful! Thank you so much I really enjoyed myself!

I loved having restaurants and shops nearby. The Grand is very new and clean, the pool, fitness center and courtyard are so cool and nice here. Definitely awesome place to getaway.
