I recently stayed at La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The check-in process was seamless, with friendly and attentive staff who ensured all my requests were met. The suite was immaculate, well-decorated, and equipped with modern amenities. The bed was incredibly comfortable.The hotel’s facilities were exceptional. What stood out the most was the level of service. Every staff member I encountered was professional, courteous, and genuinely eager to make my stay memorable. The location was also ideal, close to major attractions yet quiet enough for a peaceful retreat. I look forward to returning on my next trip!

I made my reservation over 3 months in advance and when i came to check in they kept confusing me with someone else. Every hotel I've been to does not help you or does not like to help you when you book through a third party app like expedia. They just say we can't do anything for you, you have to contact expedia since you belted with them.

My stay was a great experience. All the staff are very attentive and helpful. My cousin and I stayed here for the football game during Veterans Day weekend. The hotel is in a convenient location for any events at AT&T stadium, malls, restaurants etc. I definitely would book this hotel again for my next trip to Dallas!

It was average for the rate per night. It wasn’t bad but they didn’t clean our room one of the days even though we followed instructions on what to do if you’d like to have your room cleaned.

First night could not get into my after checking in. Door keys not working had to go down three times until the person that check me in came up with me he try his master key din't work either. Also they told me that they was sold out. Finally the gave a different room but it was with two double beds. Not what i pay for it was supposed to be a king bad.

Lights didn't work. The seating was dirty. There were never any towels available upon request. Breakfast was empty 15 mins after it started all days of my stay. Staff rude and not willing to help.

Main reason why we booked here was for the hot tub and the pool for the kids. The inside pool was freezing cold and the tub was not even lukewarm , and it was green with mold built in the concrete around. It also smelled like mop water. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was pretty nice. Everything was stocked. Housekeeping didn’t clean after the first day. The second day I caught housekeeping outside and asked for a broom to sweep myself. And gave her the trash to toss. But only one bag was replaced. The hotel itself was pretty quiet. The Tv didn’t have any children channels , and it had no signal half the time, which was a bummer. The room was very spacious.
