Checkin was painful!
The associate spent a huge amount of time with two ladies that had a lot of issues meeting basic requirements to make payment and ID.
A big red flag for me was on their cart. It looked like they came to party.
As luck would have it they were in the room next to us and the party started immediately! Very loud music and voices. There weremultiple rooms on our floor so they went back and forth letting the door slam each time.
We went out for dinner and they were still going strong when we returned.
We did not complain as it was still early even though we had a long travel day and would have liked an early night.
At 10 they went out all was quiet until 2 am. Then the music was back on and the load voices. Banging doors.
We tried several times to call the front desk letting it ring. No answer.
When we had come back from dinner the only person we saw was the same associate that checked us in.
Security that was there earlier was not visible.
We did not feel safe to leave our room and we did consider calling 911. It was that bad!
When we checked out we told the associate what had happened and he asked,so you want to place a noise complaint?
The point of bringing it up after the fact is the staff on duty need to be informed of what went on,on their watch and how to avoid this from happening in the future.
No one knows what a guest will do for sure but in the 20 minutes I listened to these guests problems with checkin I never heard them be told they needed to q
