I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Frisco, and my experience was awful. The front desk staff member, Rahul Park, assigned us three rooms, all of which were completely unacceptable.
The first room, on the third floor, had a strong smell of weed throughout.
The second room, on the first floor, was not cleaned after the previous guest.
The third room, on the fifth floor, had a ceiling that was falling down.
I booked this reservation through Expedia, but I had to cancel it because this hotel was in such poor condition.
Thankfully, I was able to cancel with Expedia and receive a full refund.
