I had just come from a very, very difficult move and my apartment was not going to be ready for a few days. I checked into the hotel previously I called to ask how soon the room could be ready the general manager who is incredibly kind, professional, and amazing went out of her way for me told me that she could have a room ready for me within one hour. I showed up there less than half an hour late later she had my room ready. She greeted me at the door by my name. I was very emotional because of everything that I was going through due to this move she truly made me feel as if I was at home. I felt safe comfortable, and I’m extremely grateful for her. I don’t remember her name, but she is the general manager at the Fairfield Inn in Lewisville, Texas, the cleaning ladies, the Maintenance Director the check-in desk people every single person that I came into contact with that work there was extremely professional, very helpful and exemplary customer service. I’m truly grateful that I was able to stay here until my apartment was Ready. I would give this hotel more than five stars if I could a big huge thank you to everybody who played part in me, feeling safe and comfortable until my home was ready.
