The space
This family friendly, newly renovated loft style studio apartment is artsy, open and expertly designed. Complete with a kitchenette, large spa style bathroom, dining and living areas with an extra comfy pull out queen sofa bed, even suitable for tall folks. Storage loft can be accessed by walking up a set of custom stairs that doubles as a bookcase. The space comfortably sleeps 2-4 adults on a portable Japanese memory foam mattress and a pullout sofa bed. An additional single air mattress is provided for your convenience.
The bathroom is large and comfortable. The extra large shower has dual shower heads, great water pressure and almost endless hot water due to the brand new tankless water heater. Thoughtful amenities are included such as: conditioner, body wash, moisturizer, premium towels, and a first aid kit.
The kitchenette is stocked with dishes, kids dishes, wine glasses and openers, apartment sized refrigerator, microwave, basic spices, and coffee/ tea supplies.
The main area has a large smart TV, brand new, remote controlled, dedicated air and heat unit.
Privacy curtains on large windows can be drawn for a cozy night or left open for the sunlight to flood in.
For the little ones, books and toys are provided upon request. For the fur babies, 2 pet beds and feeding bowls are provided, upon request.
The extra tall vaulted ceiling throughout create an open and airy feeling.
Fenced in yards and fully stocked sun decks create an outdoor living space that’s both safe and entertaining. Comes complete with a grill, outdoor seating, a large hot tub and seasonal stock tank pool.

The garage apartment has a private entrance/exit in the front of the building where garage doors were converted into a set of double French doors, complete with a small private sunning patio. When facing the building, the set of doors to the right has the key pad. A 4 ft fence encloses the front yard and an 8 ft fence encloses the back yard and deck area. Both outdoor spaces are suitable for kids and dogs, with supervision. Hot tub and (seasonal) fully filtered stock tank pool are located in the back for your enjoyment. The hot tub can be accessed by the unit’s back door and up a set of small stairs. The pool is a filtered 10 feet wide stock tank pool that is not heated. Water is 2 feet deep and not suitable for diving. Water is maintained to the correct ph, filtered and refreshingly cool, even during the sweltering summer months. Basic pool toys and 4 pool towels available for guest use. Use all amenities at your own risk. No children under the age of 18 allowed unless supervised by an attending adult.
