This is a breath taking 5 bedroom villa that over looks its own private lake with ducks and turtles. This home is completely renovated and designed by award winning designers. It has three balconies that overlook the lake and the magnificent backyard which includes a stunning heated pool, spa, fire pit and playground for the kids.

The back yard has won multiple awards including silver internationally and gold domestically. The house sits on a set of natural springs that have been dredged into small lakes that house all sorts of wildlife most notably ducks and turtles. Five houses away is a beautiful and large park with two playgrounds. The backyard itself has a playground and the house had many seating areas that have the feel of completely separate spaces and experiences. Inside has a transitional decor that is very calming.

All areas of the home and backyard are accessible to guests. The lake grounds are private, owned by multiple owners and not accessible to guests.

The home is close to many shopping areas, sports venues, and some of the finest dining restaurants. It's central location allows you to access all major highways and roads.

Quiet home great for being together
We enjoyed our stay here and were able to comfortably accommodate our large group. The pool and outdoor space are lovely, and the kitchen is designed to enjoy time together. All the beds were very comfortable.

Nice house with a POOL
Our daughter had a dance competition in Dallas so we rented this house for the family to stay which consisted of my brothers and sisters and their kids. There was enough room for us to fit comfortably. House was clean. The kids also really enjoyed the pool. Our host was very responsive when I would reach out.

Very beautiful house
Some family came from out of town for a graduation. We wanted to show them some things in Dallas, and chose this beautiful house for our stay. Just enough room for everyone, very clean. We all really enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. Great communication with the owners, who were also kind enough to check that we were ok after a powerful thunderstorm came the area. Definitely recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in Dallas.

Perfect place for a large group!
We had a small get together for my mom’s 70th birthday and this house was perfect for our family. We had 5 kids under 5 there and it accommodated us all so well! Fantastic Property for Family Stay
We were in town for a family reunion in Plano and were able to comfortably house multiple adults, children, and infants at the property. The pool and backyard playground area were extremely useful and the features work exactly as described. Elle was extremely responsive as the property host and I would recommend this property for any families looking to stay in this area.
