Our listing is like NONE OTHER & makes for the Ultimate Family Vacation! Centrally located in the heart of the DFW area, 15 minute to DFW airport, 13 mins to Love Field, Hospitals, 20 minutes to AT&T Stadium, downtown Dallas, Glove Life Park.

Full access to the home and garage. This is a private home which you, your family and friends can enjoy in quiet. Guests are encouraged to use the pool! Parking in the garage is an option and is otherwise only allowed on the driveway overnight.

Great home for a family
This home met all the needs of our multigenerational family. The bedrooms were nice and roomy with comfy beds. If we had questions or concerns, the owners were quick to help us. We enjoyed this home very much.

Enjoyed our Stay.
Location was as listed. Had a great time playing ping pong. Bedrooms along with multiple bathrooms was a big plus and very convenient. Ease of access for both arrival and travel around the Dallas area. Will definitely look into this listing if I’m back in the Dallas area with friends and family.

Great for ICC Events
We brought our team to Irving for a weeklong conference, this home was a great escape with space for the team to spread out. The owner was very responsive, everything was close and I'd certainly recommend it for others visiting Irving.

Big house with lots of space💕
This place was amazing, great location and in a safe neighborhood. My kids had so much fun in the pool. The rooms were big and spacious, house was also very clean. Will definitely book this place again in the future.

Great property. Perfect for our family getaway. Property was clean and as advertised. Host was excellent. Pat was very responsive and accommodating to our needs. Perfect for a get-togethers
Pat is an amazing host and was very responsive. The home was tastefully decorated and the furniture and bedding were comfortable. We had lots of places to hangout, both inside and outdoors. We didn't get use the pool due to the cold snap, but thoroughly enjoyed a few games of table tennis. The home was centrally located with easy access to the highways, restaurants and just 10 minutes from DFW airport. I would definitely recommend it and would consider staying here again.

Great size and location for our needs
Lovely house and area. A few minor fixes yet (think in a state of getting it done), some closet doors struggle, lights .. so many switches and weren't sure if light burnt out or turned a light on outside, some electric outlets missing covers. Pool was very nice with outdoor seating, kitchen table had a wobbly chair. Tvs enough for all to watch what they wanted. Location easy to get to and quiet neighborhood. We would consider booking again!

Relaxing/Fit our Need
We were there for my daughters Masters Graduation and it was nice to have a home base to spread out in. The outside space was great! As well, the house is very deceiving from the outside, so there was plenty of room to spread out inside. We played games every night picked from the stash in the office. The TV was not turned on at all. Very Relaxing and fit our need greatly. Thank you for sharing your place with us.

Nice stay. Not luxury.
This should not be listed as luxury rental. Although a little dirty and run down in some areas, it was a comfortable stay (shower rod kept falling. shower curtain stained/dirty. used fork under couch. dirty tissue under bed. cobwebs in corner of living room. some light switches not working. light bulbs missing. towels could be refreshed. coffee maker could be updated. light switches should be labeled. A working flashlight with good batteries would be a good idea to keep in one of the drawers. We had a fun time with the ping pong table.

Way over priced for what it is.
We checked in on Saturday and did not have a microwave that worked till Tuesday. None of the exterior doors are secure, the wood around them is rotted and the latch plates are gone, the door to the pool has no way to secure from children opening it, they have a board on the floor to lock it with. The house sleeps 14, there was 10 of us and the charged us over $1600 for 4 of our 10. The rail to climb out of the pool comes apart when you are about half way out of the pool and dumps you back in. Furniture is like from the 70s and there are paint and chemicals just sitting in the garage where any kid could get into them. No extra bedding and the mattress in the master bedroom is flat and hard and the pillows are like 2 inches thick and no pillow cases. There are carpet racks or something sticking up through the carpet on the stairs and several of us now have sore heels from stepping on them. I feel like I should be refunded at least the $1600 extra charge. We did enjoy the week with our grandkids though but would have been nice if the house was child safe, maybe some plug in covers and proper way to secure the door to the pool.

Nice property and neighborhood- Need some attention
When we arrive the front door was unlocked and the dryer was running with linen in it. We found three large bags of trash inside the attached garage which caused the kitchen and dining room area to stink. I called and texted management several times with no answer nor call back or response to text message. A couple days into our stay management finally responded to a message sent through VRBO app. They told us to take trash to the curb because trash pick up was the next day. There was no trash pick up and no exterior trash can or bin. Several lights did not work. A bed had part of the frame detached and stashed underneath the bed. All toilet flushing handles were unstable and prone to fall off. A couple toilet seats were quite unstable and coming apart. There was no WIFI and password in house handbook. Again it took a few days to receive that information. Many of the exterior stringed light bulbs for the pool were burnt out. The kitchen could use more pots pans and utensils. There wasn’t even a spatula to flip pancakes. The grill does not self light. A long match or long fireplace lighter is needed in place of the lighting mechanism…..or replace the power source for the grill lighter and make it work again. Overall it is a nice house with a number of nice amenities in a nice neighborhood. Communication with house managers/owners is difficult and cumbersome.

The house was beautiful and as pictured. We enjoyed the backyard fire pit and appreciate the bottle of wine that was left for us. On the other hand, when we came in, the shower rod in the downstairs bathroom was on the floor and we could not put it back up because the rod was broke so we couldn’t really utilize that shower. The host had bad communication. I tried to call multiple times when the power shut off and no answer until the next morning, after we had already figured it out. I also tried to call to see how to turn off the fireplace and received no response to my call. When I did receive a response through Vrbo inbox, it was a smart remark “you turned it on, so turn it off the same way”, which I did, but it wasn’t working. I also got a message and hour ago at 12 pm saying we should’ve been checked out already, which is confusing because we were told we could check out at 11 am and we were out by 11:10 am. The only reason we had to stay 10 minutes later was because we were trying to turn the fire off because we did not want to leave it on, so you’re welcome. Lastly, I do not understand why we pay a cleaning fee, and we were told to wash dishes, wash a load of towels, and take out the trash. Overall, the house suited our needs and we enjoyed our stay, but I am not impressed by the host and their lack of response.

Nice property, roomy with adequate parking and location close to Love Field and short 20-minute drive to AT&T. Host was responsive to our questions and issues.
