I did not realize that there is no office and no one on site and a phone number for "emergencies" only. The inside of the room was very clean but the outside needs power washing and paint. The shower had "C" for hot and "H" for cold. Spanish?? The shower, once I figured it out, was excellent. Bed comfortable. Air con remote missing its battery.

Wasn’t bad super comfortable huge bed, loved the vanity, decor could’ve been better and leveled, the window was plastic it wasn’t a real bathroom window and the bowler tissue holder was real loose about to fall off and there was Mosquitoes that kept coming in because of the whole in the window screen and I think the drain but other than that it’s not the worst. It was a ok stay. It’s a little small the room was the biggest area I’ll give them a 6/10 it’s still comfortable they just needed to fix those things.

Me, my fiancé, and one of my friends stayed here for one night. I called the property two days in a row in advance to see about getting a pull out couch or at least some extra blankets (which they had praise GOD), and to see if we could get an earlier check in time. Both days no one got back to me. On the day of I called again and they said we wouldn’t be able to come in until the room was clean, only when we did check in there was hair between the couch and on the top of the fan, there were things broken and scuffed and the bathroom didn’t look clean enough to shower in.

Not as pretty as the picture
Looks are deceiving. The video version of this property is quite different than what you experience when you get there. The street in the video looks very open and very safe.When you get there, it's quite crowded.There's an apartment complex being built on the side of it and a house right next to it. The property itself is an old apartment complex that has been updated with some new things. Many of the things in the apartment were not totally working correctly. I will say the location in relation to the medical center and to downtown is excellent. Also the host were very very accommodating and tried to make our stay as nice as possible.

Worst experience ever. Do NOT stay here.
I chose CityPlace to celebrate my anniversary with my wife. Upon entering the apartment, I was greeted with the stale smell of old smoke. When I entered the bathroom, I could smell urine. While the bed was ok, the “sofa” was very small almost like doll furniture. My biggest complaint is the bathroom. The shower was not fully functional. Water was literally dripping from the shower head and only if it was at a particular angle. When I tried to reach out to maintenance, I was unable to reach anyone and the several emails that I sent over were ignored. Do NOT stay here. RUN!
