The Space:
Welcome to your perfect home away from home! Our residence caters to both short and medium-term stays, making it an ideal choice for corporate housing needs. Whether you're temporarily displaced or require accommodations for your team during an extended project in our area, we offer a warm and comfortable haven.
Upon arrival, park in the covered garage, unload, and step into our inviting space. The bright entryway sets the tone, providing an immediate sense of relaxation. From here, your gaze extends to the large back windows offering a view of the sparkling pool under the Texas sun. Although the pool may beckon, take a moment to explore the entire home and claim your favorite room.
Featuring 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, our home is perfect for families or groups of friends. The first floor hosts the primary suite, boasting a spacious, newly remodeled bathroom. Lavish furniture and bedding adorn the remaining bedrooms, ensuring a restful night after a day of activities. The loft area provides an open space with a foosball table, adding a touch of fun.
The living area boasts soaring ceilings and a stunning view of the pool and backyard. Gather on the comfy couches, in front of the fireplace, or around the large smart TV. Flowing seamlessly into the fully-equipped kitchen, it's a perfect space for preparing meals. Step through the patio doors into the fenced backyard, featuring a covered patio beside the grand pool.

Other Things to Note:
- PET FRIENDLY STAY -
Don’t leave your furry friends back home. We allow house-trained pets for a $150 per pet per stay fee. Please register your pets in the reservation in the section where guests are also registered. Please pick up any waste from your pets, particularly from the backyard.
- NO PARTIES/LARGE GATHERINGS -
We encourage you to enjoy our home, but please remember that only registered guests are permitted during your rental period. Don't hesitate to contact us if you have any queries. If you're uncertain about whether your stay falls within these guidelines, please consult with us before booking.
- ADDITIONAL NIGHTLY RATE FOR 7+ GUESTS -
Our nightly rate covers the first six guests. Starting from the seventh guest, an additional fee of $39 per guest per night will be charged.
- ADDITIONAL BEDROOMS
The fourth bedroom will be opened for groups of 8+ guests, to accommodate their sleeping arrangements.
- ENTERTAINMENT -
All our smart TVs come with streaming apps like Netflix, Amazon, and YouTube. Feel free to log into your accounts. If you forget to sign out upon checkout, don't worry, we'll do it for you.
- NO INDOOR SMOKING -
Indoor smoking is strictly prohibited. A violation will incur a $500 fine. If you or any member of your group wish to smoke, please do so outdoors and ensure all cigarette butts are properly disposed of.
- POOL -
The pool is serviced twice a week in summer months and once a week all other months. The pool guy will enter using the backyard door.
NOT HEATED POOL
- LANDSCAPING -
The landscaper goes once a week.
- SECURITY CAMERAS -
For security, we have installed two cameras: one at the front door overlooking the yard, and another in front of the garage facing the cars. These cameras record 24/7. To respect your privacy, there are no cameras inside the house.
- HOUSE RULE VIOLATIONS -
Any violation of the house rules can result in the cancelation of the reservation with no refund to the guest and loss of any security deposit.
- PEST CONTROL -
This home features a garden area. Even though our pest control service goes out to the home at least once a month, you might encounter wildlife in the yard, and occasionally, outdoor insects may appear indoors, such as spiders, ladybugs, ants, or even bees. These bugs are not harmful, and we promptly remove them if notified. We strive to keep the house clean and have monthly pest control measures in place.
Please note that for reservations made through VRBO or any channel where we are collecting the payment, Ready Set Build is the merchant of record. Additionally, a $700 security deposit is required, which will be refunded 2 days after check-out, once we verify the house is in good condition.
