This charming house in the heart of McKinney, Texas offers guests a chance to stay close to all the things they're wanting to visit, while providing plenty of entertainment at "home" too. Guests traveling with families or larger groups will find themselves perfectly comfortable with premium bedding for up to 10 people and plenty of soft plush towels. The house also features a large capacity washer and dryer, as well as a full size fridge, a complimentary coffee bar featuring Starbucks coffee, and plenty of other premium amenities so they can enjoy their visit to McKinney at the house and out on the town.

The Space:
This house is family-friendly and has plenty of space for up to 10 people to sleep comfortably. Guests will enjoy the many games to play, like Settlers of Catan, an outdoor cornhole set, a massive set of Lincoln Logs, classics like chess and dominos, and even a few water guns for some outdoor fun! Host a family bbq with our charcoal grill and smoker combo, with plenty of grilling tools in the kitchen. The kitchen is also fully equipped with dishes, silverware, a Keurig, water kettle, pots and pans, plastic dishes for toddlers, and has a gas range and oven to prepare an amazing meal for everyone.

All the bedrooms and the living room have Roku TVs that are on guest mode. You can login to your own streaming apps and all you'll need to do is enter you departure date so your information is wiped automatically when you check out. Guests will also enjoy tower fans in each bedroom and in the main room so that you can escape the hot Texas summers. We also added some air purifiers to each bedroom, so that guests sensitive to allergies won't be affected quite as badly!

The master bedroom features a king bed with plush bedding and cotton sheets. Enjoy the large soaking tub in the master bath, with plenty of LED candles so you can really relax and unwind with a mini-spa day. The master bath also has a separate shower stall and a double-sink vanity, so two people can get ready at once. Get ready for your day with the lighted vanity desk with hair dryers, makeup remover wipes, cotton swabs, and even some blending sponges! The front bedroom features a queen bed with premium bedding and also has a workspace stocked with pens and notepads, and features a wireless charging station on the desk lamp for your convenience. The back bedroom has a twin size day bed with a trundle that rolls out to become two separate twin beds. Don't worry, there's plenty of sheets and blankets for everyone!

Guest Access:
Guests can check in any time after 5pm using the code provided to them on the day of arrival. Guests will have exclusive access to the house during their visit.

The Neighborhood:
This property is within 5 minutes of Historic Downtown McKinney as well as Town Lake Park, and Old Settlers Park and Recreation Center. If you've never been, check out the Heard Natural Science Museum & Wildlife Sanctuary for a breathtaking display of local flora and fauna. Heritage Ranch & Golf Country Club and Urban Air Trampoline Park are also great options to get some activity in while you visit. Don't forget all the shopping just minutes away and unique dining options, with most delivery services available throughout the day and into the early evening hours.
Nearby event and wedding venues include McKinney Flour Mill, The McKinney Cotton Mill (separate venues), the Bingham House, Chestnut Square Historic Village, and the Augustus venues. While the house itself is tucked in the quiet suburbs, you'll have very easy access to the main roads to get around McKinney easily, and also to be able to get to Highway 75 and 121.

Other Things to Note:
This house features a gas stove and a charcoal grill. Guests must use caution when working with these appliances as they present a fire hazard if not done properly. A properly rated fire extinquisher is available on site and is tested regularly to ensure proper pressure, but it's best to prevent the danger.
