Birthday weekend trip house was comfortable but need some attention.
The house overall was clean and comfortable. There were no visible smoke or CO2 detector's in the house as indicated on ad. The refrigerator and freezer needed to be wiped out. Several outlets and light switches were lose and posed a hazard. Trash under master bedroom vanity and yard need has leaves, limbs, and remodel debris making it a hazard to occupants and pets. No access to garage or key or keyless lock or key for lock on back door as indicated in ad.

Light switches uncovered, outlets sparked, no smoke detectors. Garage door doesn’t work. Refrigerator dirty, microwave is duct taped, backyard full of trash. On the bright side, linens were clean and the hall shower is great. Needs a good cleaning.

Birthday trip
The overall cleaniness of the property was good. The fridge and freezer needed to be wiped out as well as the oven. Listing states covered parking but no garage door remote supplied nor did the opener work. There is offstreet parking in the alley behind the house, but no keyless entery or key provided for patio door. Outside yard needed a little cleanup from renovation if you plan to let your pets out.
